Plot:
> As usual in Metropolis, Clark Kent awakes from his sleep to prepare for his job. But today, he's living in the same apartment with his wife, Lois Lane. The couple is on their happiest day as Lois just told Clark about her pregnancy. While the couple is waiting for the bus to go to work, Clark hears an attack from afar that he suited up as Superman to stop the terrorist group. The group, surprisingly, wears powerful armor with unknown technology. As the other Justice League, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Cyborg appear, they bring the armor into STAR Labs, and surprisingly learn it's the same as Cyborg and The Parademons have, but with a little mixture of Earth's material. They only have one suspect in common - Lex Luthor. Batman, Wonder Woman, and Cyborg are approaching Lex's prison island. It was an intense interrogation by Batman before they eventually used Wonder Woman's lasso to end it. They return to STAR Labs with an answer that Lex isn't the person. Before they leave in disappointment, Superman is approached by John Henry Irons, STAR Labs's engineer with high admiration for Superman - asking him for a sign and small talk before John compliments him. The Justice League is now holding a meeting in Watchtower. They discussed their new recruitment, Green Arrow and Shazam, who unfortunately didn't pass the criteria and ended up as a backup. As the meeting ends, the team is enjoying their quality time. Wonder Woman is chatting with Hawkgirl, The Flash, Cyborg, Martian Manhunter, and Green Lantern remaining on the table as The Flash tells a lot about his time trapped in the Mirror Dimension while expressing his gratitude for his return. The World's Finest are having a deep conversation, talking about the possibility of The Parademons' return. Batman also touched on Lois's safety during her pregnancy and he reminds Superman to keep count on the team for anticipating the worst.> Meanwhile, the astronaut Hank Henshaw was detecting a mysterious object moving around Earth's orbit while he was piloting a few STAR Labs crew. As it moves closer, the object moves faster due to gravitation pull before eventually crash-landing on the ocean, hitting Hank's satellite during the process. Mera, the ocean's keeper, notices the crash from her small cluster and orders some of her men to keep an eye on it. Mera hears a breath that indicates a life exists inside. A sudden appearance of a monstrous creature emerges from the meteor's crack. Mera survives despite her injuries and his men's loss due to the monster's rampage. She tries to go after the monster who's heading to the surface, however, she falls because of the bleeding before The Justice League eventually saves her. Realizing how big the scale of this threat is, Batman devises a formulated strategy to take the monster down. However, he didn't include Superman as Batman thinks he'd better stick around with Lois while keeping her safe until an urgency arrives within the team. Meanwhile, the monsters are raging in the military base while Batman sends The Flash, Green Lantern, and Hawkgirl to observe without engaging in the fight. They soon discover that this so-called "Doomsday" monster has a regeneration ability, making it virtually immortal. Batman keeps ordering them to keep in distance, however, they have a moral dilemma as the soldiers are seemingly overwhelmed. Hawkgirl and The Flash were forced to disobey Batman to save them. The epic showdown emerges and leaves the two fall with several injuries. John Stewart manages to save them and hold Doomsday down with his rings despite its failure.
> Batman, however, manages to find out the similarities between Doomsday and Superman's genes, explaining why it has a similar ability set that he concludes Doomsday was a Kryptonian. As he's heading to Batcave to create a Kryptonite-based weapon, Batman orders the remaining Justice League members, as well as their backup, to join the forces in holding The Doomsday before reaching the Metropolis. Meanwhile, Clark Kent was at his work on Daily Planet as he had helped Lois to make interesting articles after Perry White rejected her previous idea. Clark is sitting on his desk searching for a reference on the internet before Lois suddenly disappears in place with Jimmy Olsen for field research. The League was busy handling Doomsday at its best. However, everyone is down except Wonder Woman. Batman arrives at the right time with his mecha suit along with a few Kryptonite weapons. It was a big advance at the beginning of the battle before Batman eventually ended up in the same way. He learns that Doomsday wasn't just a Kryptonian, but, a combination with an unknown entity. Lois Lane somehow manages to reach the event and record the battle along with Jimmy in the helicopter. Clark, in Daily Planet, notices it and is suited up to help. Superman throws a punch at Doomsday before it attacks the helicopter and saves it. Lois. He's arguing with Batman for not calling him, to which Batman replies for his shake and protecting Lois. The trinity soon teamed up to fight the regenerated Doomsday back. They learn that Doomsday was genetically engineered to adapt and evolve in response to any challenge to any challenge, making it an unstoppable force to take down. With their remaining power, they battle forces to push themselves beyond limits, bringing almost everything they had to protect people.
