Plot:
> Ever since The Speed Force energy cracked Mirror Dimension, a multiverse portal has been opened. Earth-3, the world where it goes away contrary to Earth-1, was dominated by a group of supervillains called "The Crime Syndicate of America '', with their authority. Lex Luthor leads his Justice League but the team is now on the verge of defeat. One day, Lex's teammate, The Jester, learns of the Syndicate's plan of creating a multiversal device that the two immediately must stop. They infiltrate the lab and disable the devices while Luthor steals its energy source, Quantum Trigger. However, they are soon interrupted by The Crime Syndicate and The Jester goes forward to block their way with his tricks. The battle accidentally causes the device error to operate out of control, crashing The Speed Force cracks from Earth-1 at the same time. The Jester saves Luthor by sacrificing himself at The Syndicate and dies after being executed. Now in Earth-1, Luthor arrives at Justice League's newly built Watchtower and tells every of his story tied with Wonder Woman's lasso. He explains each of every Syndicate member profile; Thomas Wayne Jr. aka Owlman (Batman's counterpart), Lois Lane as Superwoman (Wonder Woman's counterpart), Jonathan Chambers aka Johnny Quick (Flash's counterpart), John Stewart aka Power Ring (Green Lantern's counterpart), J'edd J'arkus aka White Martian (Martian Manhunter's counterpart), The Sea King (Aquaman's counterpart), and their leader, Kal-ll aka Ultraman (Superman's counterpart). The Sea King and White Martian were killed while battling The Jester. While The League is discussing, Luthor secretly goes to hide the QT somewhere unattainable. The League decides to help Luthor, despite their misgivings. Batman argues that the League is spread too thin to even solve the problems of their world, let alone Luthor's. Luthor transports the remaining to his universe, while Batman and Cyborg stay behind to finish the Watchtower.

> Meanwhile, Superwoman, Johnny Quick, Power Ring, and their maid man, were rummaging through The League HQ beneath Lexcorp until he and Justice League arrived. The team fights to distract the Syndicate while Luthor is heading to take on something he prepared at his lab. However, the League was outnumbered and forced to retreat. Owlman appears for their aid and Wonder Woman goes to steal his battleship while her teammates are handling others. Once Owlman falls, Wonder Woman sits and turns The Invisible Mode on and picks up The League to escape. Superwoman calls Mazahs, The Goddess of Thunder, for stopping the ship with her lightning strike. However, Flash manages to prevent it with his speed by controlling its molecules, making it able to penetrate the lightning. In Crime Syndicate's headquarters on the Moon, Ultraman is mad to hear about their failure. But Owlman came up with a solution to send someone to their universe to study the Justice League and their weaknesses, which Ultraman agrees with as an addition to their Earth's defense as well. While the team is continuing the device's repairs, Owlman secretly plans something much more sinister and crosses what he promised on Ultraman. Owlman is building a weapon, the Quantum Eigenstate Device or QED, which is nuclear and intends to erase the multiverse by destroying the Prime Earth. Owlman believes the stolen QT was hidden somewhere and needs someone to send it there. Superwoman finds out and volunteers herself but she swears to him to keep it secret. She tries to get closer to Owlman by flirting with him, confessing her love for him and his nihilistic belief. Owlman accepts her offer and soon entrusts his AI escort named Grid.

> Luthor brought the team to his abandoned Justice League's HQ. Luthor explains the devices within Syndicate's HQ who's locked with each of the main five's fingerprints which he plans to get using his gadgets. Luthor takes Owlman's FG from his battleship and makes tactics by dividing the roles for each target. The Flash and Aquaman attack Johnny Quick at Central City's docks, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern attack Power Ring at Coast City's Industrial District, while Superman and Lex Luthor with his Blue Kryptonite suit attack Ultraman and Mazash at Metropolis's Daily Planet. Ultraman was even more powerful than Superman and the Martian Manhunter must come to assist. Luthor is having an unlikeable duel with Mazash due to her being Luthor's sister, Lena who defected. Superwoman, Grid, and her maid men arrive at Earth-1 for Owlman's secret mission. They interrupt Batman and Cyborg who are still constructing the Watchtower and cause a short duel. Cyborg takes on Grid who tries downloading files but Batman remains busy dealing with others. However, Batman manages to call in reinforcements from his fresh recruitment, Shazam. The enemies were now chained and Batman returned them to Earth-3. Following Luthor's instructions, they are arrested and steal Superwoman's sample but Batman loses losing temper due to the attack and starts interrogating him. Luthor confesses his thought for Earth-1 being a safer place but now he admits his mistakes and apologizes. Now with all samples collected, the League went onto Syndicate's HQ but only to find the building empty. However, Owlman has secretly set a trap to ambush them with another syndicate whom he released from custody.
