Plot:
> John Constantine, a British supernatural detective, engaged the Demons Three in a poker game with his friend, Jason Blood, in Las Vegas for high-end stage stakes, even offering his home, The House of Mystery, as his part in exchange for a box of artifacts, including one called The Dreamstone. However, both parties are cheated during the game, and John gets attacked once he exposes The Demon's trickery. John is forced to unleash Jason's alter ego, Etrigan The Demon, to defeat the Demons Three but not before they swore revenge on him. Six months later, especially after The Multiverses collide, The world is facing massive supernatural threats as people start to see their surroundings as demonic monsters and end up killing innocents. Deliberating about this strange outbreak, most of the League agrees to conclude that there's magic involved, despite Batman's skepticism due to his rational thinking. However, when he returns to rest, a stranger with similar symptoms is terrorizing Wayne Manor until Wonder Woman comes to help. As they have beaten them, they suffer a temporary blackout and witness "Constantine" words written all over the nearby walls with blood. Batman and Wonder Woman visit a magician, Zatanna, after her performances to talk about Constantine, with whom Zatanna had a disappointing romantic history. Zatanna refuses but a ghost named Deadman suddenly comes and possesses Batman to convince her she needs to see John. Batman soon delivers the group to Constantine using his Batmobile. Wonder Woman starts a small talk with Batman before showing she has feelings for him, despite him being too cold and remaining focused on driving. She tries to hold his hand but it cuts with a magical whirlwind attack summoned by an unknown sorcerer. Batman tries to evacuate everyone including embracing Wonder Woman to jump off and leave the Batmobile to be broken. They approach John's house and are soon greeted by Black Orchid, the spiritual embodiment of The House.> The group gathers and shares information, passing through some discussions and small arguments between John and Zatanna. They form a team to find the cause and reason behind these disaster occurrences. They ask John's former friend, Richie Sampson, a magical artifacts collector who held a grudge against John for a long time. They find Shrouds at Ritchie's home and reveal that he was dying of cancer, and John dispatches them away. As they are welcomed to the collector's house, John reveals he needs the Keshanti Key, an artifact that allows easier access to a person's memories, which disappoints Ritchie as he expects John to apologize for abandoning the current predicament of his magically induced cancer. Batman soon convinces Ritchie (also the fact he liked Batman) to give the key and the gang leaves the house. The team went investigating one of the victim's memories at the hospital. John and Zatanna look through one of the unwitting rampager's memories for the frenzy's cause, discovering that he was possessed by an unknown entity with a strange ring. Everyone narrowly manages to escape from a living-face beast conjured to consume a man, while Zatanna proceeds to destroy the monster. Returning to Ritchie's home to identify the ring from the man's memory, the team finds him about to die, with Jason Blood nearby. Batman revives Ritchie with an adrenaline shot to the chest, but he quickly falls into a coma. Wonder Woman thinks of him as a threat and goes attacking, but both Batman and John manage to stop him. Jason says that he didn't attempt to hurt Ritchie, but was looking for a way into the House of Mystery to find the Dreamstone. After introducing Jason to others, John explains him as a former warrior in the King Arthur era. Jason retells its history where it was created by a sinister magician named Destiny, who sought to conquer the land. Jason fought Destiny and was able to cleave the stone in two, banishing the sorcerer but leaving him mortally wounded as a consequence. Merlin, anticipating that Destiny was only temporarily defeated, fused Jason with his demonic servant, Etrigan, to give him immortality to battle the evil magician once the Dreamstone would resurface.
> Ritchie awakens and names Felix Faust as his assailant before falling back asleep. Once the team secured Ritchie back at The HOM, they located Faust's observatory with the help of John's allies, Swamp Thing. John teleports them to the swamp to contact him but gets no answer until he lights it on fire to call him. He punches John but then Zatanna makes the fire go away and politely asks Swamp Thing for the help they need. Once he teleports them, the team infiltrates Faust's lair and battles the wizard. He's ultimately defeated by Zatanna, however, Faust is found to have no involvement in hurting Ritchie. Meanwhile, Ritchie awakens and is revealed to have the other piece of the Dreamstone, which he has been using to keep his cancer in remission. He destroys Black Orchid and reclaims the House, but Dreamstone seemingly kills Ritchie and uses it as a host to resurrect Destiny. Destiny declares himself a god, destroys the House, and departs to sink the multiverse into chaos by utilizing its previous catastrophe. He summons the demons throughout the multiverse and defeats everyone, by separating Jason and Etrigan, ripping Alec Holland's remains from Swamp Thing's body, and locking the rest in his magic cell. However, Batman, Wonder Woman, and John survive and battle Destiny. Batman quickly observes Destiny and finds a way to stop Destiny by killing its host, Ritchie, after disbanding him from Destiny despite its consequences for Ritchie's safety. Deadman manages to free himself and Zatanna with his ability. Wonder Woman and Zatanna tied Destiny with her lasso and spells while John tricks her into bringing him and Deadman within his protective shield, allowing Jason to wound Destiny with Etrigan's sword before John. Batman and Jason destroy Dreamstone and Destiny's bodies, leaving Ritchie's dead bodies lying on the ground. Right afterward, the demons are returned to their universe. Jason succumbs to his mortal wound from centuries before. John, Zatanna, and Etrigan bury Jason's body near the place of his old village before Etrigan leaves for parts unknown. Zatanna agrees to join the Justice League and offers John a position as well, but he initially declines claiming Batman wouldn't approve of him in sarcasm. While Batman and Wonder Woman return to Watchtower, John, and Zatanna return to the now-rebuilt House of Mystery, taking a first tentative step to restore their fractured relationship, and Deadman likewise joins the restored Black Orchid as her soulmate.
