Plot:
> Leonard Snart was born in a low-middle-class environment with an abusive father. This forces his family to fall for crimes and rob banks. Leonard was so close to his young sister, Lisa but she was gone too soon after a crossfire took her life. That is the moment he got imprisoned for the first time and met with his very first close friend, Mick Rory. During that, the two have shared many things including their backgrounds. Unlike Snart, Mick grew up on a farm with a strict father who would burn him as a punishment, leading him to an odd interest in fire. As time went by, Mick's resentment towards his family grew so that he burned his house eventually bringing him behind bars. In the present day after Parademons' invasion, a wave of energy emitted from the box covered the entire planet thus activating many people's genes that gave them superhuman abilities, called "Metahumans" by the media. However, not many people are using this for good. A group of Metahuman crimes named "The Rogues" have formed in Central City; Evan McCulloch aka Mirror Mister can travel through mirrors and create mirror clones of himself. Rosalie Dillon aka Top can cyclone the air near her to deflect bullets and other projectiles. Marco Mardon aka Weather Wizard can control the weather. Digger Harkness aka Captain Boomerang has an oddly specific ability to control the Boomerang's speed and directions. While their founders, Snart and Mick, have abilities to control ice and fire respectively. Meanwhile, Iris West's young brother, Wally, receives a super speed, and his brother-in-law, Barry trained him to use it for good. Wally is a quick learner but he's unsure of his potential to be as great as Barry, which Barry always advised him to just be himself.

> After discovering his time-travel ability, Barry had run a test at STAR Labs with Silas and Victor Stone to find out more. However, Snart knows that he wants to use this chance to return his sister from death. Planned trap, Snart orders Weather Wizard and Top to distract Barry but it turns to get the other Flash (Wally) instead. Snart didn't bother and insisted on continuing it. Iris starts worrying about his brother and Barry goes off to search for him. He suspects Snart as the culprit but none of his signs is found throughout the city. Mirror Master has turned out transporting his teammates through the mirror. However, The Rogues soon realize they require the machine stored within Star Labs. Snart sends Top and Captain Boomerang to steal it but instantly gets discovered by Flash. Barry and Victor stop and capture Captain Boomerang but fail on Top. But he notices her movement sink into the mirror which Barry presumed Mirror Master is helping. Meanwhile, The Rogues are in the progress to accomplish their mission inside Mirror Dimension. Wally keeps warning them of the consequences of messing up the timeline as Barry told but Snart is too stubborn to listen to him, stating he would rather die than never sees Lisa again. Snart keeps endlessly pushing Wally to activate the machine with his speed as a generator to open a time portal. Mick is afraid that he betrays his best friend for going too far, disappointing Snart with how Mick's everlasting loyalty has faded away. The duo's battles with Snart who's blinded have lost his sanity and have no hesitation in torturing his friend with no mercy. Mick dies horribly while Snart replies "If anyone else doesn't want to end up in the same way, so don't mess up with me" coldly to threaten his teammates.

> Meanwhile, Barry had to work with Silas and Victor to find their hideout by locating the machine. Victor opens Barry a portal to enter Mirror Dimension before The Rogues soon notice his presence. Weather Wizard and Top fight to distract Barry but his quick adaptation of Mirror Dimension gives advantages for beating the two with his tricks. Mirror Master encounters and guards with created thousands of himself that send a sharp pain through anyone who touches any of his reflections. Meanwhile, the trapped Wally secretly observes Barry's trick in playing with Mirror Dimension. Wally learns it quickly to outsmart Snart and escape. Unbeknownst, Snart is a few steps ahead and notices Wally's actions and wards him off. Barry is in great pain while fending off Mirror Master. But after tirelessly trying, he manages to break it before running into Snart. He uses his power to freeze Barry's arms and legs, forcing him to constantly use his speed to break free. But Barry keeps freezing again whenever he breaks the ice which is difficult to fight. Barry is now at a lower point with Snart who goes to execute him. Snart expresses his feelings of loss but Barry disproves his argument stating how painful his mother's loss is, he won't ever sacrifice anything with the timeline and move on, but Snart's too far gone. As the machine starts to overheat, a catastrophe erupts with the Speed Force energy cracking Mirror Dimension. Snart dies after witnessing Lisa faintly in a flash of reflection and refuses to save himself. Barry and Wally try their best to escape but considering the worst possible threat by the cracks, Barry chooses to keep settling and prevent it while sending Wally home. The city is mourning the Flash's presumed death. Wally now must take responsibility by holding "The Flash'' title to become its protector.
