Hidden Angel (Solby Fanfic)

Chapter One

Present

Sam's POV:

It was now three months before my eighteenth birthday. After I was dropped off by the angels of heaven and became a human, my mom and dad homeschooled me while teaching me how to be a normal human boy. It was hard at first but now I got the hang of it. I also managed to keep my angel side a secret. I then attended public high school and taught myself how to use a cell phone. I was in my room putting my homework away when "Samuel?" I then turned and saw Evangeline and Gabriel with my mom and dad. "Evangeline! Gabriel!" I called as I ran up to them and hugged them.

"My, Samuel, what a handsome young man you've become," Evangeline said as she looked at me with glossy eyes. "Remember that special job I once mentioned?" I then nodded my head as we released ourselves from our hug. "Well, Evangeline and I are here to take you back to heaven," Gabriel explained. I then looked at my mom and dad and they both nodded their heads in approval. "Ok, I'm ready," I responded. Evangeline and Gabriel both snapped their fingers and instantly we were transported to heaven.

"Ok Samuel, the special job is that I'm going to assign you to a human," Evangeline said. "Assign?" I asked with slight confusion. "Yes, you see, as a guardian angel, you are assigned to a human in need." "So, who am I getting assigned to?" I asked. "You're getting assigned to a human boy," Evangeline said. Instantly, Evangeline waved her hand and an image of a boy with brunette hair and ocean-blue eyes appeared. "Samuel, this is Cole Robert Brock. Cole here is seventeen just like you. You see, Cole has been living a horrible life. four years ago, Cole came out to his parents. His mother accepted him but his father did not as much. His father began to secretly beat up poor Cole at home while his mother was at work. Cole is also horribly bullied at school as well. Basically, Cole's only reason to live is his mother. Without her, he would've surely taken his life."

I instantly felt bad for the boy. "So how am I going to meet him?" I asked. "Gabriel and I are going to turn you into a blonde wolf pup and have you meet him," Evangeline explained. "You'll be a wolf pup for a week so he can accept and bond with you," Gabriel added. "Once the week is up and he fully accepts you, then you'll turn back to your human self." "Normally after a week, angels are given something to help them. For you Samuel it'll be your phone," Evangeline said. "Why just my phone?" I asked. "Since Cole lives in Kansas just like you, we decided to let you keep your phone so you can call your mom for any future advice you might need," Gabriel explained.

"Also, they're going to be lots of hidden angels who will watch over you," Evangeline added. "Now, you ready to go?" I then nodded my head. Instantly Evangeline turned me into a young wolf pup. "Ok, Samuel, Cole is on his way home from school." With that,I was transported back to Earth.

Third Person POV:

Once Sam arrived at Earth, he noticed that he was in an alleyway. He also noticed a small puddle next to him. He then got up and saw his reflection. He noticed that he was an adorable little pup. Sam then got an idea of how to get Cole's attention. Sam then noticed a mud puddle and ran toward it. Sam then rolled around covering himself in mud. Once he was done, he then walked out of the alleyway and saw Cole walking toward him. Sam then began to 'limp' toward Cole as he pretended to whimper in sadness.
