Chapter Fourteen

Sam's POV:

"Oh come on man, why don't we share him?" the guy smirked at me. "You're disgusting man!" Jake snapped at him. "Oh come on, the three of us can each take turns." I then became irritated as I looked at him. "Look dude, I will never let you be with my boyfriend!" I snapped at him. "So you're the boyfriend that made him cry," the guy responded. I then felt bad that I made Colby cry. "All I was doing was showing him what real love is."

At this point I couldn't handle it anymore so I punched the guy in the face. "Now get out before I call the cops on you!" I snapped at him. The guy scoffed as he walked away. I then turn to look at Colby. Colby wrapped his arms around me and held me tight. I then wrapped my arms around him and held him tight. "We'll let you guys talk," Tara said as she and Jake stepped out for a moment.

"Colby, please tell me what really happened?" I asked him. Colby sighed as he looked at me. "Chad stopped me in the bathroom. I-I tried to leave but he pushed me against the wall. Chad smirked as he began to kiss my neck. I was scared that if I pushed him back or do anything, he would hurt me," Colby explained as tears slipped down his face. "I-I wasn't lying when I said you were my first love and that I would never play with your emotions." "I'm guessing you weren't lying about you not knowing about the hickey huh?" I asked him. "Y-Yeah I didn't know. I left the bathroom without checking myself in the mirror," Colby responded.

I then sigh as I looked at him. "Colby, I'm sorry for yelling and pushing you. I should've let you explain instead of jumping to conclusions. Can you ever forgive me?" I asked him. "Y-Yes, I do forgive you," Colby responded with a soft smile on his face. I smiled as I gently kissed his lips. Colby kissed back as he wrapped his arms around my neck. "Aww," Colby and I pulled apart to see Jake and Tara looking at us. "Nice job Jake, you ruined the moment," Tara scolded. Colby giggled as he rested his head on my chest. "So are you guys ok now?" Tara asked.

"Yeah, we're ok," I responded. "Turns out, it was Chad who forced himself onto Colby and gave him that hickey." Tara gasped as Jake had an angry look on his face. "When I see Chad I'm going to give him a piece of my mind," Jake said. "That makes two of us brother," I added. "We're sorry for earlier Colbs," Tara apologized. "Yeah Colbs, can you forgive us?" Jake asked. "O-Of course I forgive you. You guys are my best friends," Colby responded with a soft smile.

Next Day

Colby's POV:

I woke up this morning feeling cute so I decided to wear a cute outfit. Sam went to change in the bathroom so I decided to change in my closet so I can surprise him when I get out. The outfit I settled on was a black tank crop top and a pair of black grunge-style pants with some chains on them. I paired them off with some black boots. "Colby, are you in your closet?" I heard Sam ask. "Yes, I'll be out in a second!" I called back. I then took a deep breath hoping he'll like my outfit.

I then opened the door to see Sam on his phone. "Sam?" I called him. Sam looked up and his eyes widened as I came out of the closet. "Wow love, you look amazing," Sam said while admiring my outfit. I then blushed as I looked at him. "Y-You like it?" I asked him. "I love it," Sam said as he pecked my lips. "I-I got to go brush my teeth," I told him as I smiled at him. Sam let me go and I went to brush my teeth and hair. Once I was done, I then grabbed my phone and bag.

Sam and I were at our lockers when "Hey Brock!" I shakily turn to see Chad and the jocks surrounding me. "Someone's feeling like a whore today," Chad smirked as the jocks laughed at me. I then looked down as I felt my bottom lip quiver. "Leave him alone Chad!" I then looked up to see Sam standing protectively in front of me. "What are you going to do about it, Sammy?" Chad taunted. "What is going on here?" We all looked to see Principal Smith looking at us. "Nothing ma'am we're just leaving," Chad responded as he and the jocks left.

Time Skip

Sam and I were in our fifth-period Biology class when our teacher Ms. Ramirez called me up to answer a question on the board. I then stood up and walked towards the board as I was tripped here and there by a couple of jocks. "Well done Cole," Ms. Ramirez said as she smiled at me. "You may now go back to your seat." "Teacher's pet," a girl whispered. "I bet he sleeps with the teachers for good grades," I heard another girl whisper. I was then tripped and I fell on my knees.

Soon, the whole class laughed at me. "Are you ok, Cole?" Ms. Ramirez asked me. I stood up and nodded my head as I sat at my desk. "Are you ok love?" I hear Sam whisper. "Y-Yeah I'm fine," I whispered back. Moments later a paper ball landed on my desk. My eyes widened as I opened it and saw that it said horrible things like Teacher's Pet, Teacher Whore, Loser, Pathetic, and so on. I felt my heart shattered. I'm guessing Sam must've noticed my reaction because he right away grabbed the paper ball from my hands and read it.

Soon another paper ball landed on my desk. I opened it and the words, Kill yourself freak! was written on it. My eyes soon began to gloss as I crumpled up the paper. "What's wrong love?" Sam asked me. "Nothing," I responded. Soon the bell rang and I hurriedly grabbed my stuff and left, leaving Sam behind. I ran to my locker and dropped off my stuff. Soon I ran to the tree near the bleachers and hugged my knees as I cried.
