Hidden Angel (Solby Fanfic)

Chapter Five

Sam's POV:

"No! Sam!" Colby cried as he was dragged away. I then felt anger fill me. "Let go of me!" I shouted as I pushed Colby's dad away from me. Colby's dad got up and tackled me to the ground. I then heard Colby's screams as I managed to kick Colby's dad off of me. I then got up and ran to the guest room.

Once I got to the guest room, thanks to following Colby's screams, I then opened the door and was shocked to see Colby in just his underwear crying as Rufus was on top of him. I then went and yanked Rufus off of him and punched him hard in the face. Rufus tried punching me but I was able to dodge him. I then raised my hand to punch him again when "Sam, Stop!" I then turn to see Colby, now fully clothed, with teary eyes as he begged for me to stop. "You're not worth my time!" I growled as I walked up to Colby and wrapped my arms around him.

Colby instantly wrapped his shaky arms around me and held me tight. Rufus then got up and left. I then picked up Colby bridal style as he rested his head on my chest. I then carried him to our room where I sat on the bed with him in my arms. Instantly, Colby sobbed in my arms. "Hey, hey, it's ok, I got you," I told him as I gently rocked us back and forth. "I promise you that I won't let anyone hurt you."

Moments later Colby fell asleep in my arms. I really felt bad for him. I then laid Colby down on his bed and went and made dinner. I did it mostly for Colby and his mom. Once I was done, I then wrapped some food in a towel and grabbed two water bottles. I then made my way upstairs. Once I got there, Colby was already awake. "Hey Colbs, how long have you been awake?" I asked him. "Not that long," Colby responded with a sad tone in his voice.

"Well, I got us food," I told him as I sat beside him. I then pulled out the wrapped food. "Sam, we're going to get in trouble," Colby said. "Colbs, I promise we won't," I replied back. "Y-You didn't have to cook," Colby said. "I know but I did it for you and your mom," I responded. "Besides," I said as I unwrapped the food. "I made the exact same meal you made when I first moved in here." Colby's eyes glossed as he looked at me. "Thank you," he softly responded. "Don't mention it," I responded with a smile on my face. We then ate our food and drank our water while chatting with each other. Moments later, Colby fell asleep with his head on my chest and his arm wrapped around my waist. I smiled as I wrapped my arms around him and rested my head on top of his as I fell asleep.

Next Day

Colby's POV:

Sam and I had just arrived at school and we were at my locker when "Well look who finally came." I then shakily turn to see Chad and the jocks surrounding me. "We missed our little toy yesterday," Chad sneered as he caressed my face. I softly whimpered as I looked at them. "Not to mention we got in trouble yesterday for not turning in our homework." My eyes widened as I remembered I had their homework. "How should we punish him Chad?" Luis asked. "Why don't you leave him alone?!"

Immediately everyone turned to see Sam who had an angry look on his face. "And who the fuck are you?" Chad asked with anger in his voice. "The name's Sam and I'm his friend," Sam responded. "Well, for your information, I can do whatever I want with him 'cause he's mine!" Chad snapped at him. "Oh, really? Well, I don't see any documentation or proof of you guys dating proving that he's yours!" Sam snapped back. "Look Brock, we'll give you a warning. Now hand over the work!" Chad demanded. I then quickly grabbed the paperwork from my bag and gave them to them. Soon enough Chad and his friends left leaving me alone with Sam.

"Hey, Colbs!" I then turned and saw Jake coming my way. "Hey Jakey," I responded as I waved at him. "Who's this?" Jake asked me. "Jake, you remember Sam, my wolf pup right?" I asked him. "Yeah? What about him?" Jake asked. "Well, that pup is him," I explained while pointing at Sam. "Hold up, that is not Sam," Jake said. I then looked at Sam and he nodded in understanding. Sam then explained everything to Jake as he stood in shock. "Alright prove that you're really Sam the pup," Jake responded. So Sam explained about that time he bit Chad's hand and how he protected me from the jocks.

Jake was shocked as he looked at him. "Ok, I believe you" Jake replied. Jake accompanied us to the office where I told them the lie about Sam's situation. Instantly, the school office clerk gave Sam his schedule and locker number. "Can I see your classes?" I asked Sam as we walked to his locker, which turns out was next to mine. "Sure," Sam responded as he gave me his schedule. Jake and I looked at it. "Oh my god, we have the same classes!" I squealed. Sam just chuckled as he looked at me. "Good makes my job of protecting you much easier." "Aww," Jake cooed, making me blush. "Well I only have first, fifth, and seventh period with you guys," Jake responded.
