Chapter Thirty-Seven

Third Person POV:

It was now the end of the day and Sam and Colby were at their lockers. As Colby opened his locker and was about to grab his bag, he noticed a note. Confused, Colby opened the note. It read, Prepare yourself, you whore cause you're about to lose everything you have. Colby's eyes widened as he read the note. "What's that baby?" Sam asked him. Colby then gave Sam the note. Sam reads it and he crumples it up while assuring Colby that nothing will happen to him.

 Next Day

It was now the next morning and things were. going to go very wrong for Colby. As the boys were on their way to school, Sarah was already at work on her devious plan. Since Sarah arrived early, she entered the science classroom and sneakily stole the answer sheets for the day's test and hid them in her bag. Moments later, all the students showed up including the boys. Once Sarah saw the boys, she followed them to their lockers. She saw that Sam had left Colby alone. Sarah smirked as she walked her way toward him.

"Hello whore," Colby turned to see Sarah looking at him. "W-what do you want?" Colby asked. "I just want to apologize for my behavior," Sarah responded. Colby confusedly looked at her. "To prove that I'm telling the truth," Sarah then hugged Colby really tight and took the opportunity to take out the papers from her bag and slipped them into Colby's locker. "There, believe me?" Sarah asked. Colby nodded his head. "Good," Sarah responded as she walked away with a smirk on her face.

Time Skip

It was time for Biology and the boys were talking with one another while the teacher was taking out the tests. Soon their teacher came and passed out the tests. "Alright class, you may begin," Ms. Rodriguez the biology teacher instructed. Immediately everyone started on their test. It was now the end of the day and Sam and Colby were in their last class when "Cole Brock please report to the principal's office." Colby's eyes widened as he heard his name called. "Baby, what's wrong?" Sam asked. "I-I don't know," Colby responded as he got up from his seat. Once Colby got to the principal's office, he noticed the secretary was very disappointed in him. She then pointed at the door. Colby sighed as he walked inside Principal Smith's office.

"Y-You wanted to see me, ma'am?" Colby asked. "Yes Cole, now have a seat." Colby instantly sat down and looked down. "Cole, I'm very disappointed in you," Principal Smith said. Colby's eyes widened as he confusedly looked at Principal Smith. "W-What did I do ma'am?" Colby asked. "I was told that you were seen stealing test answer sheets from the science classroom." Colby looked at Principal Smith in disbelief. "B-But I didn't steal anything, ma'am," Colby responded sincerely. "I'll be the judge of that. Now show me your locker," Principal Smith instructed. Colby stood up and led her to his locker.

Since the day was over, everyone was at their lockers. Colby felt uncomfortable as everyone kept looking at him. Once Colby got to his locker, he saw Sam grabbing his things. "Baby, what's going on?" Sam asked as he saw Colby with Principal Smith. "Cole was accused of stealing test answer sheets," Principal Smith responded. "What?! Principal Smith Colby didn't steal anything," Sam said. "We'll see about that, now open your locker, Cole." Colby opened his locker and his eyes widened in utter shock.

"So it is true," Principal Smith said. "What?! N-No, it's all one big misunderstanding. I-I don't even know how they ended up in my locker!" Colby exclaimed. "Well until proven otherwise, you're suspended for three days and automatically fail your biology test." Colby's eyes glossed, "But!" "No buts Cole," Principal Smith said as she took the papers and left. Colby turns to see Sam looking at him confusedly. "Sam please believe me!" Colby begged with glossy eyes. "What's going on?" Sam and Colby turned to see Jake and Tara walking their way. "Colby stole today's answer sheets for biology," Sam responded. "I-I didn't! I was framed!" Jake and Tara looked among themselves. "Please believe me!" Colby said as a single tear slipped down his face. "Sorry Colby but I need time to think," Sam said as he left. "Yeah us too Colbs," Tara said as she and Jake left. Colby's bottom lip quivered as he grabbed his bag and ran home.
