Chapter Thirty-Two

Third Person POV:

"Oh Colbs, I almost forgot to tell you. I slapped the shit out of Sarah today," Tara said. "You did?!" Colby asked, amazed. "Of course I did but only because she was calling you horrible names. I only did it to defend you since you are my friend after all," Tara explained. Colby hugged Tara as she hugged him back. "So what happened with you two?" Jake asked. Colby explained everything to them as he fiddled with his fingers. "That bitch!" Tara said. "So what are we going to do about Sarah?" Jake asked. "Baby, I think we should tell Principal Smith," Sam suggested. Colby sighed as he knew that Sam was right. "O-Ok we'll tell her," Colby said.

Next Day

Sam and Colby were at their lockers when "Hey there cutie." Sam and Colby turned to see Sarah. "What do you want, Sarah?" Sam asked, annoyed. "I was thinking why don't you and I have a little one-on-one time during lunch hmm?" Sarah said as she cupped Sam's face about to kiss him. Colby's eyes glossed as he quickly turned back to his locker. "Sorry but I have plans," Colby looked to see Sam push Sarah away from him. "With who?" Sarah asked. Sam walked toward Colby and held his hand. "With the love of my life," Sam responded. "You got back together with him?!" Sarah asked in disbelief.

"Of course, I did because we love each other," Sam responded. "Also he told me what you did to him." Sarah glared at Colby with pure anger and hatred. " I warned you so now I'm going to show everyone your little video," Sarah sneered as she walked away. Colby stood there as tears slipped down his face. "Don't worry baby, everything will be ok," Sam comforted him as he wiped Colby's tears away. "Let's go talk to Principal Smith, yeah?" "O-Ok," Colby sniffled. Once they got to Principal Smith's office, they told her everything about Sarah and the video. Principal Smith was outraged that she called Sarah to her office.

"Is this true Ms. Rogers?" Principal Smith asked Sarah after telling her what the boys told her. Sarah hatefully glared at Colby who looked down and fiddled with his fingers. "Of course, it's not true Ms. Sam sent me the video because he's only using Colby for sex when he truly loves me," Sarah lied. Colby's eyes teared up as he looked at Principal Smith. "Principal Smith none of that is true, Colby and I truly love each other. I even got us promise rings as a symbol of our love," Sam explained as he showed their rings. Principal Smith looked at the boys. "Principal Smith, Sam is telling the truth, there's no one I would rather be with than him. He's my angel and I'm his," Colby spoke out as tears slipped down his face. "Let me see the video Ms. Rogers," Principal Smith demanded.

Sarah gave Principal Smith her phone and showed her the video. As Principal Smith watched the video, Colby got up and sat on Sam's lap and hid his face in Sam's chest as Sam wrapped his arms around Colby. "Ok, I've seen enough," Principal Smith said. "Sarah, I want to speak to you and your parents tomorrow. I also want to see your parents as well," Principal Smith said as she pointed at the boys. "Well my parents work in and out of state but I'll have them come," Sam said. With that, Principal Smith let them all go, she even warned Sarah that if she posted the video, her parents will find out. The rest of the day Sarah sent hateful glares and notes to Colby. She even pushed him here and there as well.

Colby's POV:

Sam and I were in Principal Smith's office along with our parents as we waited for Sarah and her parents. Moments later, they showed up. Principal Smith not only explained the situation but she also showed the video as well. Everyone was in shock while Sarah hatefully glared at me. All day yesterday she kept sending me hateful glares and threats. "Principal Smith I'm very sorry for my daughter's behavior but I advise you to let the whole thing go since after all teenagers will be teenagers. Besides, at least she is doing this young boy a favor since he prefers to be with someone like him," Sarah's mother said.

My eyes glossed as I fiddled with the chain on my black grunge pants that I decided to wear with my black crop top. "Mrs. Rogers, we don't accept discrimination in our school," Principal Smith said. "Sorry to interrupt Principal Smith, but Mrs. Rogers, I prefer being with Colby because our love for each other is pure and true. Besides all Sarah tried to do is launch herself at me when I'm perfectly happy with the love of my life," Sam said as he held my hand. I softly smiled as I looked at him. Sarah's mom scoffed as he looked at us in pure disgust. "Anyways, Principal Smith I advise you just give Sarah a day's worth of detention if you want a good word for the school."

I was disgusted by how Mrs. Rogers was trying to bribe Principal Smith. "If you are to kick anyone out I advise it be him." "I'm sorry ma'am but I'm not going to just stand here and let you discriminate against my son!" my mom snapped at her. "Hmm, now I understand why your husband isn't here. He probably left you so he wouldn't be with that disgrace of a son," I then couldn't take it anymore. "Enough!" I yelled as I stood up. "Principal Smith, can you please call Jake and Tara?" I asked her. Principal Smith nodded as she called them. "Mrs. Rogers, yes you're right my dad isn't here but that's because my mom finally had the courage to divorce him. You see, my dad would secretly abuse me behind my mother's back while she was at work. So I suggest you leave me and my mom alone," I told her. Soon, Jake and Tara arrived.

I then told Jake and Tara to tell Mrs. Jones about Sarah and how she treated me. "Sorry for slapping you yesterday Sarah but you pretty much deserved it for saying horrible things to my best friend," Tara said. "He definitely deserved to be exposed for the whore he is," Sarah replied. I sighed as I played with my promise ring. "I'm sorry Mrs. Jones but Sarah is going to be suspended for three days," Principal Smith said. My eyes widened as I looked up. "Also I expect you to delete that video when you return." With that, we were dismissed. As we left the office, "enjoy your little boy toy you disgrace of a boy," Mrs. Jones said as she and Sarah left the building. I then turn and hugged Sam. "Thanks for standing up for me," I thanked him. "I will always protect you, baby," Sam said as he wrapped his arms around me.

Later that day, rumors spread about how it was my fault that Sarah was suspended. I kept my head held high all day since I had the love of my life and my best friends on my side. When me and Sam got home that day, my mom got us Chinese food for dinner. As we were eating, I received a random message.

U: Unknown C: Colby

U: You're dead when I get back you whore!

C: Who are you and what do you want with me?

U: I'm your worst nightmare!

My eyes glossed as I read the messages. "Baby, what's wrong?" Sam asked me. I then gave him my phone. Sam's eyes widened as his hands turned to fists. "Don't worry baby, I'll make sure nothing happens to you," Sam assured me as he kissed my hand. I blushed as I looked at him.
