The usual day at work that often drains my energy out but this time it was different as I was accompanied by Jimin and I didn't realize time flew very fast even though I do the same thing most of the time at work. We reached home by 7 and I went in straight for a shower while Jimin change into his casual clothes and sits in front of the TV.

After a shower, I change into something comfy. I open my laptop and start to do the final editing and proofreading of Liona's manuscript. I sat down on the floor placing my laptop on the table while Jimin filled up an empty bowl with some potato chips for me and fried chickens for him while we were doing our own thing.
*Doorbell rings constantly*
Jimin: I'll get it. Gosh, who could that be..?
I didn't respond as I was busy working and I wanted to finish it off as soon as I can.
Jimin: Uhm..? Who are you..?
Unknown: I'm.. I'm.. Lii..o..na, this... is editor... Renee's resident, right? she asked with a trembling voice.
When I heard Liona's name and her tensed voice, I stood up and walked toward the door. I saw her at the door all soaked in water.
Renee: Liona, what happened..? Why are you all drenched..?
Liona: I'm.. I'm really sorry.. for barging in .. I uh.. I don't know what to do.. she stutters.
Renee: Jimin move aside, let her in. Come in Liona.

Jimin steps aside as he opens the door for her to come in. He takes her drenched coat and hangs it outside as it was all soaked in the rain. I didn't realize that it was raining as I was totally immersed in the proofreading. She walks in while shivering as she brought her shoulders up and her teeth chattering due to the cold. I saw Jimin walk to the cabinets looking for the heat pad, I guess, as he search through it.
Renee: Wait here, I'll go get some dry clothes for you to change in. You'd catch a cold if you were in that.
Liona: It..It's fine, I'm fine.. I'll leave as soon as I'm done. You don't have to do that. I don't want to trouble you. she said tensely.
