Everybody was here,that was here from last time so I wasn't nervous. I didn't wanna see his uncle though, and gladly he wasn't here. BUT that didn't mean he wouldn't show up,
" Everybody say hi to my daughter and my grand baby" my face was full of embarrassment, I hated being center of attention
Everybody spoke and she walked me in the kitchen
" you hungry?" She asked me as I sat on the bar stool, I shook my head " yeah"
" when y'all find out what little baby gonna be" I didn't know the exact date but I did wanna have a gender reveal.
" in 3 weeks I'm over it already" i drunk the Gatorade because that's the only thing that kept me from vomiting
" have you been throwing up any more" i had to think because I couldn't remember the last time I threw up
" not really the last time I threw up was last week ya son always being smart and smoking" before I could finish she called him
" ROMELO!!!"I just played over my plate as he walked in the kitchen
" what mama" he sat near me on the other bar stool
" boy don't what me what I tell you about smoking around her while she pregnant " he got up and walked out the kitchen ignoring her just like he do me

" Get out Mitch" i laughed because she was on a roll today. I was really waiting for Patience to come because I was just sitting around all his family. Speaking of the devil her and Chase just walked in.
" AUNTIEE LALAAAA"I mentally rolled my eyes i wish she find a different way to greet people

" Pai I told you, you don't have to yell all the time" I laughed because she was gonna do what she wanted regardless. Clearly I was wasting my breath

"wassup sis " he hugged me so tight, I missed him so much. Even though I just seen him about a week or two ago, I was use to seeing him everyday.
" what you been up to Kaybear" i laughed cause he always called me that to mess with me
" nothing really ummmmm I'm pregnant" I played with my fingers because I still didn't tell my dad and I was just now telling him.
" nothing really huh?" He looked at me with the suspicion look " congratulations boy or girl"
" I don't know yet but I do wanna have a gender reveal"I told him, I really missed having normal conversations with him " and you better come"
" You told Pa?"he asked me and I looked away from him "not yet, he gonna be so mad"
" Kay you know you wrong" I smacked my teeth because what a way to have confidence in me

" Nah I'm fucking with you sis, you know yo ass spoiled and he not gonna give a fuck" he laughed it off shrugging his shoulders
" You lying you just saying that so I can tell him" I laughed with him because he probably was trynna get me caught up
" nah Lil sis I'm happy for you, and you know he gonna be too" he hugged me and we chilled for a little together before he walked off somewhere
" you okay?" Melo walked up behind me whispering in my ear " yeah can you get me something to drink"
He walked off going to get the drink, when he came back he passed it to me
" I got some business to handle ill be right back" he whispering in my ear again but I pushed him back
" No you told me you wasn't gonna leave today, and you had nothing to do, if you leave I wanna go home" I was mad now because what's the fucking point of ever being around him, if he always leave
" don't be like that I'll be back in less than 20 mins" I didn't say nothing I just folded my arms and sat back, I didn't even want the juice he brought me over. I guess because I ignored him, he didn't give a fuck.He kissed me and walked off, he was such an inconsiderate ass hole
" you okay" Patience walked up to me, I guess noticing my face change
" yeah" I didn't drag the situations because I know she was about tired of hearing my problems
" where they going" she nodded her head toward Melo and the boys
" I have no clue" I was being honest, he didn't tell me where he was going and it was no point of asking because, "It's none of my business"
It was now going on 8:30, but "he'll be back in less 20 minutes".Melo and the boys still wasn't back but we was having a blast.We had just got finished watching the fireworks now we was getting cake and ice cream
" Ro not back yet" his mom walked up to me with my cake and ice cream in her hand
" No"I rolled my eyes not at her but at her son and his stupid ways
" that damn boy gonna stress me out" I shook my head, his hard headed ass will learn.Not a minute passed and here he come walking through the gate
" Let's go" he didn't say nothing to nobody and that was the only thing he said to me
"Boy don't be coming in here demanding shit"his mom looked him up and down
" not right now mama" he was so disrespectful, I do not know what mother would let they child talk to them like that but to each its own
" what did I even do" I asked frantically, he was always taking his anger out on me.Even when I had nothing to do with what pissed him off
" Kaydence" he was pissed so I got up, it was not point in getting embarrassed and bad enough everybody was looking
" see you later Pai, see you ma" I grabbed my bag and we walked out the gate
" Melo I didn't do anything to you" I was standing my ground but I was shivering on the inside
" shut up" I was taken back because I really did nothing to him literally. I didn't text him or anything to bother him
" Romelo im not your enemy I didn't make you mad" I tried to reassure him because I couldn't afford for him to hit me
" KAYDENCE JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP" moments like this made me wish the world would just open up and swallow me. I hated being yelled at especially by him. I sat back in the chair with tears falling down my face.
We got to the house and did nothing. LITERALLY. He was walking around pissed off still so I just kept my distance and sat in the living room with snacks.He came in the living room laying on the couch next to me. He laid his head on my lap, I didn't move I just sat there stiff
" I'm sorry for yelling at you earlier" it wasn't genuine but he said it.Something I never expect from him because he don't say it
" it's okay" I found myself stroking his hair and before I knew it he was sleep and I couldn't help myself my eyes got heavy and last thing I remember before falling asleep was grabbing the cover.
