Everywhere in the kingdom is dark. Daytime in Korealis is more like dawn on earth, while nighttime is even darker than that. This area that Luna's portal takes Jungkook and Namjoon to is a different type of darkness. There's a stillness in the air as if there isn't a single soul for miles. Still, Namjoon and Jungkook push forward bravely preparing for anything to happen.

Namjoon equipped the portal location with a device used to monitor all portals. It's how they know when portals are having issues or need some sort of maintenance. It will not only let them know if there's an issue and they need to go back, but it also serves as a guide back to that location in case they get lost.

Jungkook feels like they were spit out at the edge of the world, although it's more like the edge of a remote island. The beach, however, is covered in black rocks that look rather sharp. Definitely not a place for vacationers. In the distance is nothing but trees. They decide to head into the woods and see where it leads. After walking for a little they begin to hear voices. They stop to listen trying to find out who it may be.

"Did you know Choi found a new portal?" One male voice says.

"I thought he lost it?" Another voice asks.

"He said he could get it back then everyone could use it, which is good since the main portal is falling apart."

Namjoon and Jungkook continue listening to the conversation. They learn that word has spread fast about Luna's portal and she's being sought after so they can use her to travel between worlds. They also find out that there is one other portal somewhere here that's being used by SV to travel discreetly without the powers that be finding out. It's also mentioned that there are many new converts and "it's only a matter of time" before they're able to all band together and overtake the throne. Namjoon and Jungkook decide they've heard enough and step out of the shadows to approach the two guys.

"Who are you?" One guy asks taking a combative stance.

"We got a little lost and washed up ashore," Namjoon lies. "Can you tell us how to get back to Korealis?"

"How the hell did you end up here?" The second shorter guy asks.

"Not sure," Jungkook shrugs. "What is this place?"

"A place you'll never be able to leave," the taller guy snarks.

"Why is that?"

"Because if you're not Saakhan then you've already seen too much. This isn't a place you just stumble upon."

"Well, we did."

"You couldn't have because this place is only accessible by portal."

"How? Where are we?"

"Your final resting place."

"For fucks sake," Namjoon sighs. He musters his energy to tap into his ability which is being able to control nature and the elements. He unleashes flashes of lightning from his hands and uses it to pin the guy's arms to his side. "We really don't have a lot of time, so tell us where we are or this will be your final resting place."

"Oh really? You think your lightning will scare me into telling the venom secrets to some random fools who trespassed in here?"

"I'll be nice and give you one more chance to tell us what this place is and where we are."

"You dont scare me," he growls through his teeth trying to hide the pain of Namjoon's lightning coursing through his body.

"Fine," Namjoon says releasing his lightning then instantly hitting him with a powerful volt to the chest killing him instantly. The guy's body disintegrates and turns to ash right at their feet.
