It's been a long and exhausting day for Jungkook and the rest of the guys. They knew Hyungwon would put up a fight, but they didn't expect to have to go on a goose chase through the city to catch him and bring him down.

Somehow Hyungwon could sense something was going on when he met with Taehyung. He tried getting into Taehyung's head and discovered he was also a vampire. Taehyung felt him getting into his brain and immediately gave his silent signal to the rest of the guys, but Hyungwon was already out the window and on the run. His speed is greater than any of them had imagined. Between that and it being broad daylight it was incredibly difficult to find him. It wasn't until late that Yoongi picked up a signal that led them right to Hyungwon attempting to tamper with an unofficial portal that would take him to the Saakhan Venom headquarters. Yoongi had the genius idea to keep the tracker the SV goons used to find Luna at her parents house and learned it could pick up signals from nearby portals. He brought it along to get Hyungwon, but unfortunately the tracker has limited range so it took some time before they were close enough to pick up the signal.

In the end Hyungwon was captured and brought back to the kingdom. The guys all know that now things are going to get much more stressful because they can no longer keep their operation a secret. Hyungwon needs to be in a special holding cell meant for the worst offenders, and to get him in there they needed to explain the situation to the guards. Then to the King.

The King was understandably upset that they took on this entire operation on their own and in secret. He was relieved that they caught Hyungwon, but was not happy about the way they went about it alone. The King watched his father die and absolutely doesn't want his son to be in any major danger like this. After making Jin and the rest of the guys swear promises, the King appointed a few guards to keep an eye on Hyungwon while everyone else gets some sleep. Tomorrow they'll begin their interrogation so they need all the rest they can get to prepare.

Jungkook lets out a heavy sigh when he finally makes it back to his room. He's ready to collapse on the bed when he realizes Luna isn't there. He sees the note she left and lets out another heavy and frustrated sigh.

"Fuck!" He shouts leaving his room and heading out to his car.

He could have just let her be. She said she was going to his mom's and that's no doubt the safest place for her. He could have simply sent his mom a text to check in so he wouldn't be driving in the dead of night when he's barely hanging on to his last sliver of energy. Yet here he is, parking in front of his mom's house and and rushing through the door so he can see for himself that Luna is there and safe.

Sunyoung is asleep so he steps lightly so he doesn't wake her. He goes into the spare bedroom where Luna had been staying and to his horror she's not in there. He steps out of the room and pokes his head in his mom's room to find nothing. He goes back into the living room thinking maybe he missed her, but he didn't.

"Don't panic," he whispers to himself. He looks in the kitchen then the bathroom and still nothing. Would she even know her way to his mom's house from the palace? What if she got lost? Or his dad caught her? "Fuck."

He steps outside imagining the path she would have taken to get there. He looks around then stops in his tracks at the sound of something behind the house. Though he's ready to collapse he finds the strength to quietly walk around to the back of the house. He's ready to fight until he looks up and sees Luna sitting on the swings kicking her legs back and forth but moving nowhere.

"For fucks sake, Lulu," he huffs walking over to her. "What are you doing out here this late?"

Luna looks up at him with puffy red eyes and tear stains down her cheeks. "I couldn't sleep," she says barely audible through the knot that's been in her throat for a couple of hours now.
