Ohio was a little state in the center of the Great Lakes, famously hostile with Michigan and a semi friendship with Pennsylvania. In the recent decades it was having a revitalization in industry, mostly with the Silicon Heartland and some more defense contractors finding interest in the region. Busy was fairly booming and many in Ohio would like to keep it that way.

The suburbia was alright with families and people, activity and basic commerce, while a somewhat old infrastructure system still brought people and goods in and out.

The 3 cities that make up her urban heart still are strong, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Columbus. Though the state is also ruled by a decently large Amish population, which leads to a dichotomy of the advanced tech and thauma of the urbanized side of the state, and the Amish traditionalists of their side of the state.

Glimmering and relatively in the center of American Politics, economics, and a part of the Military Industrial Complex, the State of Ohio seemed like another section of America's prosperity in the modern age.
