Once Ki drew us the blueprint, Asher divided us into two groups. One group will go inside, get my parents and leave while the other group will guide us inside through an ear piece. They would stay in the car, access the cameras etc.

"You'll be fine in there?" Asher asked, adjusting his ear piece. "I don't like the idea of you going."

"It's not my first time." I stated, "Ive done this before."

He furrowed his brows at this. "You have killed before. Not infiltrate a guarded place like the warehouse we are about to set foot in."

"I'll be fine." I sighed, realising he doesn't trust my words. "I will be fine."

"You don't have training for infiltrations. Maybe you should sit this one out."

I immediately shook my head at his suggestion. "No. If there is a chance my parents are really in there, i should be the one rescuing them. I need to know who i am up against and if given the opportunity to end this feud between us, i will."

Asher stared at me for a few seconds before nodding. He then touched his ear piece, switching it on before moving to me. He came so close that i could feel his breath on my neck as he switched mine on. "There." He whispered in my ear, "All done."

Clearing his throat, he stepped out of the car which was parked not that far from the warehouse. We arrived in three different cars. Asher, Bash, Theo and me in one car and the rest in the other two.
The hacker, Ki and his other hacker friend were settled in one of the cars, hacking into the warehouse's security system while the others were getting ready- loading their guns, knives etc.

"Boss," A man knocked at the window of the car we were currently in. Asher stepped out of the car with me behind him. "The smoke grenades are ready if needed."

"There are guns here if you need." He gestured to the other car with equipements.

I smiled at him, "I'd rather stick to the knives."

"Are we ready, motherfuckers?", Bash spoke through the earpiece, earning an eyeroll from Asher. "Let's go shed some blood."

"Is he always like this?", i asked Theo who came to stand next to me. "If you think Bash is worst," He smirked at Asher, "You ain't seen nothing yet."

"Boss, i managed to hack into their security system. Ready?" Ki's voice boomed through the earpiece. Asher looked at me, i gave him a curt nod. "Ready."

"Everyone gather up." He spoke, earning everyone's attention. "Katherine and i will take the first floor, Ryle and Theo will take the second one. The rest of you stay put and wait for my signal."

"Are you sure this girl is to be trusted? Who is she even?", one of them asked, looking at me. One glare from Asher shut him up, "I trust her and that's fucking enough."

"Fuck off, Montgomery." Bash sighed through the earpiece. "Im in position. I have a clear shot of the men guarding the place."

"Where is he?" I questioned, not seeing Bash anywhere.

"Somewhere down there." he pointed towards a bush. "He's our sniper for today."

"Three knives will be enough?" Theo raised an eyebrow amusingly at me, his gaze fixed at the two knives in my hand and one on the strap on my thighs. I nodded at him with a smile, "More than enough."

"No funerals, guys." Bash spoke again, "I mean it."

"No fucking funerals." With that, Asher, Theo, the guy named Ryle and myself started walking towards the warehouse. "It's whenever, Bash."

A deep chuckle boomed through our earpieces and within two seconds, the two men standing in front of the door dropped dead. "After you."

We approached the abandoned warehouse with caution, trying to stay out of sight from the guards patrolling the area. The warehouse was old and decrepit, with rusted metal doors and broken windows.

We slipped through a gap in the fence and made our way towards the entrance, trying to stay as quiet as possible. The air was thick with the smell of dust and decay, and I swear i could hear the sound of my own heartbeat echoing in my ears.

As we reached the entrance, i heard a noise behind us. Turning around, we saw four guards walking towards us, their guns at the ready. I knew that i had to act fast if i wanted to avoid being seen more than we already have been.

Without hesitation, Asher and i launched into action, charging towards the guards with lightning speed. The guards were caught off guard by the sudden attack, but they quickly regained their footing and started fighting back.

Asher and i started fighting side by side, using our combined strength and skill to take down the guards. I quickly dodged their punches and kicks, using my agility, training back home, to my advantage.

Despite being outnumbered, backing down wasn't an option. We started fighting with all our might, determined to protect ourselves and save my parents. No funerals, Bash said.

Finally, after a grueling fight, we managed to take down all four guards.
As i caught my breath, i started to look at my surroundings- around at the abandoned warehouse. It was dark and musty, with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and debris scattered on the ground. I knew that we had to be careful if we wanted to avoid being detected by any more guards.

Asher and i exchanged a quick nod, before Ki's voice was heard through the earpiece. He directed us to the back entrance where there were two guards posted. Approaching them quietly, i waited for the right moment to strike. There were two guards, Asher would take one and i would take the other.

At his signal, we both slit the throat of the guards. "Fuck." Ki breathed through the earpiece. "Damn." I almost forgot he was watching us through the cameras is here.

"Now guys, there are like ten guards on the upper floor. Theo and Ryle already took out the ones on the second floor so it's clear for now. It's up to you two now."

"Let's see just how trained you are." Asher smirked before tossing me a gun. I shook my head, "I don't use guns."

"You mentioned you wanted to learn. Now's the time, princess." He winked, "You'll learn quicker with moving targets and fucking adrenaline."
