Claire's nose crinkled at the soft tickle it felt. She nudged her face away then pushed herself further into the comforter as if telling whatever that tried to destroy her beauty sleep to go away.

As she began to drown back into her slumber, she felt the soft tickle again on her ear but this type a meow followed.

Claire groaned as the cat continued to trudge on her face and meow at her.

"Alright, alright" Claire said then turned to the cat who instantly paused as he watched her eyes peer open "I'm awake, okay? You can stop now"

The cat stared at her. She sighed then tossed her comforter over her head which caused the cat to pounce on her face. She jumped out of the comforter and sat up, her eyes then darted to the position of the feline who stared back at her innocently.

"Why?" She whined and the cat meowed in response before it hopped down from her bed and raced out of the room. Claire watched the cat disappear then sighed.

"I wonder what goes through that guys head"
She tossed the comforter off her body then hopped out of the bed. Her hand rubbed her eyes tiredly as she yawned and walked to the bathroom.

She cleaned up then tossed herself into new pair of clothes before she stepped out of her room. She headed straight for the kitchen , made herself some pasta and coffee, dished food for cat, then crashed onto one of the sofa's in the living room.

As she slurped from her pasta, she turned on her TV which instantly greeted her with the bright logo of the ANT (American News Today)  After an over exaggerated intro, the screen switched to two news anchors who held the most robotic smiles on their faces.

"Alright, we are back and if you're just joining us. Good morning" The lady beamed "My name is Helena Haul and as always, I'm seated with..."

The man matched her bright smile "Duke Anderson, at your service"

"Now, to the news headlines in detail" Helena said then looked down to the paper in her hand "Approximately fifteen people have been killed and a dozen more injured as an attack was directed towards the infamous Saint Parish Building yesterday"

Duke continued "Apparently, at exactly 5:00pm, a group of men all dawned in black apparel and skull masks stormed the building, killed the occupants, and immediately set it ablaze"

Claire paused her chewing.
"Don't tell me..."

"Right now, our news reporter Sandra is at the scene of the crime, Sandra?"

A square popped up by the side with Sandra inside of it. The square enlarged itself and showed her behind a dilapidated and ashy building. She stared at the camera for a while before she spoke.

"This is Sandra reporting to you live in front of the Saint Parish building. As you can see behind me, this building which stood as a monument for dozens of Jewish worshippers has now been burnt almost to ash. And, if you come with me you'd actually see..." She said and the cameraman followed as she walked towards the building.

"...bullets and bloodstains all over the place. Before the bodies were packed, this place looked an absolute nightmare and I honestly can't even fathom what kind of monsters would do something like this" She said as the cameraman showed the viewers the crime scene.

"So, what exactly do we know about everything so far, Sandra?" Helena asked and Sandra remained silent before she spoke.

"Well, so far we don't know much but there is speculation that this was more than just an attack on worshippers that were in the building. Dozen of burnt weapons were found hidden underneath most of the ash and rubble, some dollar notes, amongst other things. The police have stated that the attackers weren't the ones who dropped this. So, there's reason to believe that the attackers came here knowing something that we don't"
