BEEP!
BEEP!
BEEP!

Claire's eyes tore open to the loud sound. Her eyes began to scan around the room for its source before her eyes landed on Daniel's laptop. She rushed to the screen of the laptop then found a green glowing dot circled around a building, with an address popping out of the dot.

The location had been exposed.

"Guys, guys" Claire said as she pushed them with her hand. The duo groaned and moaned to consciousness before their eyes trailed to the person who ruined their beauty sleep.

"The l-"

"The location" Daniel quickly sprang to action as his ears took in the familiarity of the sound. He set the device on his lap then began to hit the keyboard aggressively.

"Where is it?" Samantha asked as she rubbed her eyes tiredly, her brain still not quite as active as Daniel's or Claire's.

"A farmhouse in Blais, just a few hours from here" The trio looked at each other before Claire spoke.

"Alright then. So, we move?"

Daniel nodded.

"We move"

                         _____🔫_____

The sound of thunder cracked and the skies began to pour its worries on the vehicles that moved in a convoy. One of the vehicles, being the one that sheltered the trio from the harsh downpour.

After they had gotten the location, Daniel spoke to Samuel who then informed a dozen men to prepare for what came next.

Which no one even knew of.

Despite the fact that they had leverage and could almost taste certain victory with this, Claire still believed that something might hold them back and bring them to a standstill yet again.

And, she wanted nothing that would slow the whole process down to happen to her again.

She balled her fist as her thoughts raced with all the possibilities. Her heart pounded due to the unforeseen while it also begged for things to go smoothly.

"Even if we don't find them there, let us just get closer to solving this whole thing" Claire muttered to herself as she stared out the window.

Adrian's eyes glued on Claire, his mind wondered what thoughts raced through hers. As he inched closer to ask if she was okay, Daniel broke the silence.

"It's here" Daniel screamed and the vehicle skidded to a halt, sending all three of them crashing into the back seat. They raised their eyes to driver, all with startled expressions by what had just happened.

The driver stared at them, guilty as sin before a small smile worked its way on his face.
"Sorry about that"

Their eyes all remained on him before they opened the door then stepped out of the vehicle. The rain served as a hindrance to their vision due to its heavy downpour but Claire could still make out that the remaining cars behind them had come to a halt as well.

She along with Adrian and Daniel walked further away from the car to find a dilapidated bungalow. It didn't look as bad that you would assume no one lived inside but it looked bad enough that you knew whoever lived inside, lived a pretty unfulfilled life.

"So, the tracker led us up to this point, right?"

Daniel looked down to his phone which he shielded with his hand.

"Yup" He nodded "This is the place"

"Alright then" Claire said then pulled out the pistol strapped to a holster next to her and placed a clip inside of it.
