iridescent, those eyes
all they ever see is lieseuphoria or despair
are all she ever knows,
walking these old brandnew roads,
with clothes so dark, but skin so fairthey say green eyed demon, blue eyes angel
no time for those brown eyes -
all I ever see is lieseverything that is unknown
can't be truely loved,
when for them you're nothing, but what you own
so she can't trust in anything,
sometimes not even in what is showncollecting nightlights, walking home
with a blurred vision,
to keep going when you're alone
has you make one decisionif all that's alright,
you'll cut up roses
and paint their petals with blood,
placing them in poses
just to make up for allthe fake love and the falls.

I know this one is kind of cryptic, but I wanna leave it up to you for interpretation, it can be anything you see in it. I wrote this long ago like in 2019/2020 I guess and I just stumbled across this recently again and really wanted to publish it.
Definitely let me know what you think! (ps: I really wanna publish some happier poems soon too, so stick around please)
