Let's face reality, when you're forced to go from lovers to complete strangers it's always the case of who's suffering more, especially when you find yourself in the peak of the occasional uncontrollable teenage hormones, always demanding that small taste of paradise.
Summer was over and everyone had returned home preparing for the initiation of the autumn term, meaning the twins had to get their head back in the game after their adventurous stay at the summer camp, where their wildest desires briefly came to life, where teenagers could freely act on their will without the constant attention and control of their parents. And reality hit them hard, as expected.
Josie's hidden romance with Hope had abruptly come to end when the latter had disappeared into thin air, not responding to calls or messages and to take this further her sister kept reminding her how she was spot on about Hope's intentions and past repeating itself. However hard Josette tried to move past her summer fling, Hope and her irresistible ways was always lingering on the back of her mind, thoughts trailing back to the heated showers they had taken together, to waking up to each other's smiles and small habits, to running away to the summer villa and making their most heated fantasies come to life, for just one night.
But one night was not cutting it for the brunette, nor was she completely over her emotional attachment to the Mikaelson girl, but due to her sister's pressure and her father's constant nagging she decided it was about time to take that step into dating again and it wasn't long before her attention was captured by another attractive creature, Jade, who actually turned out to be an old family friend which Josie had several memories with in second grade.
"Finally, Friday couldn't take longer to come. And it's only week one, my head's definitely not having it." The blonde twin whined while throwing herself on the big leather couch.
"Maybe you should go out and clear your head or something. I bet MG can't wait to hear from you. After all, he must be bummed you're not in the same class anymore."
"Only difference is I'm not into him as much as he is into me, and he'll probably end up giving me a headache anyway. By the way, where are you going looking like that?"
"Like what?" Josie popped her lips together in the mirror, spreading her lipstick.
"Like a hot mess, dear sister."
"Oh, I have a date. And before you get too hyper and excited about this it's an old friend and I'm not planning to get into anything with her, I'm just done dwelling on the past."
"Dear lord, thank you. Although, I don't think you're making it too easy for her looking like that."
"According to you. And not everyone is as horny as you are, Lizzie. Oh, forgot to put some perfume on I'll be right back."
"Well, screw you Josie." Lizzie shouted at Josie who was running up the stairs with her middle finger up in the air.
"Not today."
Lizzie was about to lie back and close her eyes when a loud unfamiliar knock was heard on the front door which made her jump out of the couch and slowly walk towards the sound.
"Oh god, let it be a sexy ass new neighbor I'll do anything for it––."
"Good afternoon, Elizabeth."
