Hope has a complex childhood, and while growing up her life revolved around meaningless sexual encounters and always getting herself in trouble. After spending a heated summer in Mystic Falls camp it's time to return to school, where she ends up bei...
Jade's hand was slowly making its way down Josie's stomach when the girl grabbed it and put an end to their making out session, as she could tell someone was watching them and heaven forbid it was her again.
"It looks like we have a crowd."
"This is a bad time, I get it. I just came up here to say goodbye as we are leaving. And thanks for letting us stay for dinner."
"It wasn't me, it's my father you should be thanking."
Hope noded in Josie's direction, her eyes though lingering on Jade's hand over the girl's lower stomach which made her head feel light headed and her vision blurry, from the unbearable anger building inside her. Hope turned and made her way to the stairs, holding onto the railing tightly giving herself a moment to calm down. As she began taking a few steps down Josie made her way out of her room and called out her name.
"Hope, wait.."
"Josie go back, I don't need your empathy."
"I just need to say that I'm sorry about your mother, if I had known that was the actual reason you disappeared maybe this would have been different."
"Oh, well it didn't stop you from shoving your tongue down her throat. Did it?"
Hope skipped down the rest of the stairs before Josie could come up with an answer. She picked up her stuff and stormed outside with her cousin sighing and dropping his conversation with the blonde in a hurry.
"Sorry, it looks like Hope is ready to leave. I'll see you next week, Elizabeth. And thank you so much for tonight we really appreciate it."
"Ugh– does he always run after her like that.."
"Well, don't the Mikaelson's look wealthy?"
Jade commented upon coming down the stairs accompanied by Josie whose face was rather emotionless.
"Hope wait up! That was extremely sudden, it's rude to leave your host without a word."
"Oh don't you lecture me, Nicholas. You're not much better. You just pretend to be nice to get laid I know you."
"There is some truth in that but I know how Alaric is like a father to you, the least you can do is say thank you for everything he is doing for you."
"I'll thank him properly next week, now get us out of here."
Hope and Nick jumped in the car and the boy speeded off as requested by the Mikaelson, blasting their loud music through out the way which helped Hope not get lost in her head. Upon arriving Nick walked Hope to her door and before letting her inside he grabbed her arm turning her around.
"What's the matter with you? You've barely said a word on our way back and it's not common for your pretty mouth to be shut for that long."
"Wow somebody missed my quirky chatter. It's nothing..nothing important anyway. Let me go now.."
"Hope, you know shutting yourself off doesn't help. And I'm the closest thing you have to a brother so stop trying to put up this act because I'll keep on insisting."
"First of all, don't mention my brother. Or any of my siblings for that matter. I can handle things alone, like I have been doing my whole life–"
Nick suddenly pulled on the girl's arm and she found herself crashing into his arms, hugging her as tightly as he possibly could.
