Chapter 27

Minho woke up groggy and confused in an unknown room.

He looked around him, seeing the squirrel boy just beside him sleeping soundly. He smiled at the sight, seeing his puffy face from sleep. He looked way too cute for his own good.

He looked around in the room, he hadn't noticed the day before how Jisung's room looked so much like Jisung. It had some music stuff, a guitar was on display and his table was full of sheets and paper with scribbled lyrics.

He also had tons of posters, from rock bands to Kpop idols. He smiled as his eyes stopped on a Twice poster. Jisung really was full of duality. He looked at Jisung as he saw the boy wake up slowly.

"Ugh" Jisung muttered as he opened his eyes, looking at Minho with a confused face.

"Good morning sleeping beauty" Minho said jokingly

"Good morning" Jisung muttered again and looked around him.

"Gosh, we fell asleep" He added

"We did"

"Wait, shit" Jisung said as he suddenly sat up.

"What?" Minho asked, confused

"You don't have your pills here, Fuck" Jisung said in a panic as he started moving in his bed.

Minho tensed a bit. He wasn't taking his pills at all lately, so he didn't mind being here, but of course Jisung would be stressed about it.

"Oh" He simply answered, not really knowing how to admit he wasn't following his medication as he should.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have fallen asleep" Jisung said a bit stressed "Let's bring you home" He said as he got up, putting some clothes on.

"No, it's okay" Minho said as he slowly sat up on his bed

"Get dressed" Jisung ordered, still concentrating on putting his clothes on.

"Jisung seriously, it's okay. I don't take them anymore" Minho blurted out, and regretted it the second he said it.

"Wait, really?" Jisung asked excitedly as he sat down on the bed, looking at Minho.

"Yeah" Minho said as he looked at his own hands

"You've healed?" Jisung asked happily

"No... It's not like that" Minho said and Jisung suddenly froze.

He didn't say anything for a moment. He got the pieces together and got the clue. Minho wasn't healed, he was avoiding his pills.

"Don't tell me you stopped taking your pills when you should Minho" Jisung said, a bit of a condescending tone lacing his voice. Minho immediately froze.

"Don't start parenting me Jisung" Minho said with anger rising, his face immediately contorting in a frown.

"I'm not, I just want to understand" Jisung let out a bit more softly, not wanting to rush Minho to open up.

Minho stayed silent and let out a big sigh. He still didn't raise his face as he started explaining.

"I stopped taking them for that party where I wanted to drink" He said

"When you tried to kiss me?" Jisung joked, trying to chill out the atmosphere, and it worked because Minho's ears got red in a second

"Jisung! Stop" Minho said as he pushed him slightly.

Jisung chuckled at the sight, happy that he changed the mood a bit.

"And you haven't been taking them since?" He asked
