Thank you guys for 15k reads 🌚

I don't know much (or anything, really) about Iranian wedding traditions so I didn't want to write it in just so it wasn't offensive or anything. I mentioned, like, one thing.

- August Williams surpasses critiques expectations with a brilliant, heartbreaking portrayal in Stranger Things 2!
- Why August Williams hasn't attended any interviews for Stranger Things with the rest of the cast.
- August Williams spotted on walk with Taylor Swift in New York. What do the actress and singer have in common to talk about? Is it Mallory Williams?

August kicked a pebble down the pavement as she droned out the screams around her. How Taylor lived like this her whole life was beyond her. Taylor's bodyguard was a safe distance behind them, along with another for August, and they walked in a comfortable silence.

They approached a café and tucked themselves into a booth, "Does she hate me?" Taylor finally asked.

The brunette rested her chin on her hand and leaned forward with a thoughtful hum, "Yes," She heard Taylor's sharp inhale, "But she still loves you, too."

"She sure has a funny way of showing it," Taylor muttered bitterly, looking down at her hands.

"Mallory," August started as she thought of how to phrase her thoughts, "Mallory is very... intransigent when it comes to things like this. You promised her something and you broke that promise, accidentally or not, it was broken and now she's going to spend five years getting drunk and sleeping with every of age person with a vagina she comes across."

"Are you calling her a whore?" Taylor furrowed her eyebrows as August shook her off.

The seventeen year old hid her grin and looked down slightly, "Your words, not mine," She choked back a laugh. "Look, I-I tried to talk to her, I did, but this is between the two of you so give it another shot, please?"

Taylor looked at the table and nodded. August smiled at her and opened her backpack. The blonde watched with a dry mouth as August pulled out her sister's blue jacket and handed it to her.

Her eyes welled up with tears as she hugged the fabric, looking at August in question, "She says sorry and that you're hurting too, so you do deserve the comfort."

The blonde sniffled and grinned, "Thank you, Auggie."

The brunette shrugged nonchalantly, "You're my sister, too, Tay. So enjoy this because when you and my sister get back together, I'm going to be the worst little sister ever."

"When?" Taylor repeated in question.

"If you think Mallory can hate you for much longer, you're greatly mistaken. Right now she's at, like, 44% neutral ground, 29% hate and 27% love."

"Is that supposed to make me feel better?" Taylor asked.

"Uh, yeah. Last month it was more like 23% love, 33% neutral ground and 44% hate." The teenager smirked when Taylor shook her head in amusement.

"How long did the boss man say you could be off set for?"

"An hour," August said, "I should probably start heading back now actually. Thank you for this, I've missed you."

"I've been missing you, too," Taylor gave a weak smile as the two of them stood up.

"Oh! Before you go, there's a book that I read, you should totally give it a read, I'll lend it to you. It's like... it's got so many references to your songs in it."
