I was a bit relieved when he didn't forcedly remove the pillow between us. However, I was still hyperaware of what was going on around me, from the sound of my breathing to the slightest movement I often made.

I wanted to take a peek if he was sleeping already. How could he be so calm and soundless?

Gusto kong magcheck ng oras pero pinigilan ko ang sarili at pilit na matulog. Inantok ako kanina lang pero bigla nalang naglaho. Para akong napugutan ng hininga nang biglang gumalaw si Jair at naramdaman ang paghaplos nya sa balikat ko.

Mariin akong napapikit at pinigilan ang sariling gumalaw. I pretended to be asleep until he explicitly took away the pillow. He moved closer and then crept his hand over my waist to hug me from behind. His breathing whispered as he grabbed me once.

Minutes later, he remained in that position until I heard his deep and relaxed breathing. Sounds like he'd fallen asleep. I didn't know how long it took for me to successfully fall asleep.

Nagising nalang ako bigla nang may kiliti akong nararamdamn sa bandang batok ko. I extended my arm half asleep to check what was tickling me. My palm brushed a strong jaw and a soft earlobe. Then I abruptly opened my eyes when a realization cast me when his kisses intensified.

"J-Jair?" I asked as I tried to move away.

"Mmm..." he moaned as he pulled my waist and locked me onto his body without stopping his kisses on my neck.

"N-no. I'm sleepy," I muttered though I backed up more to feel him.

"Your alarm is about to ring," he faintly replied.
