I woke up almost in the afternoon because the three of us stayed out late at the club. And it was Lennon's call that woke me up—he said he was almost here to pick me up. I immediately looked at the time and saw it was 4:10 PM!!! If he hadn't called, I probably would've woken up at night!

"Shit!" I didn't even shower and just changed clothes. I grabbed the first outfit I saw in my closet—a black cardigan and black pants.

I looked at myself in the mirror with a crumpled face, "This will do." Just in time, Lennon's car honked outside our house! There was even some mascara smudged under my eyes! I just covered it with sunglasses, grabbed my bag, and went out.

Papa wasn't home—I don't know why, so don't ask. When I stepped outside, there was Lennon, leaning against his car, waiting for me. I noticed his car was different this time. I think it's a Bugatti Chiron. If his previous car gave vintage vibes, this one screams billionaire vibes!

"Hi... Sorry for keeping you waiting," I greeted, and he smiled.

We both got in and put on our seatbelts. The ride was quiet, and if he hadn't spoken, I might've dozed off.

"Do you have a song in mind?"

"Uhh... not yet," I admitted, and pulled out my phone from my bag to look for a song we could duet for the intrams.

Shit! My phone was low battery—I forgot to charge it! 14 percent left. Noon  data either! I turned it off and just started thinking of songs we could cover.

"'Until I Found You'?" I suggested. He didn't say anything, but he played it on the speaker.

"Sing along..." he instructed, and I nodded.

"I would never fall in love again until I found her." Then he raised his hand, signaling me to stop.

"I said, I would never fall unless it's you I fall into," he sang, then pointed at me—my turn.

"I was lost within the darkness, but then I found her," I sang, and he smiled while nodding.

I like it! We both like it!

"I found you..." we sang together.

"Hmm," I hummed at the end.

"NowWemagine playing this with an electric guitar," he said excitedly. Then I remembered—I forgot my guitar!

"Damn it, I forgot my guitar. Can we go back?" I asked shyly.

"No, it's okay. You can use mine... if that's cool with you—"

"Yeah, it's fine," I said, shaking my head and biting my lip.

"We're already here anyway," he said, parking the car.

Of course! How stupid of me!! That's embarrassing! Sorry, I just woke up!

Inside the elevator, we were quiet as usual, but I remembered our first encounter! It was so random! It's awkward now that we're doing a duet because I used to hate him. That annoying red hoodie he still wears. And our accidental bumps that we now laugh about. How did we move past that? It all happened so fast!

"By the way, sorry about thesis week—I just remembered. I was in a bad mood that day, and it was so annoying that we bumped into each other like four times?" I laughed, and he laughed too.

"I used to think it wasn't a coincidence," he said.

"I know, right!" I replied. Just then, the elevator opened, and we went to his unit. He opened the door and let me in.

"You, bro, what took you so long? Oh, hi Roella!" greeted Raven and the rest of Lennon's band, The Red. I gave Lennon a meaningful look.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" Lennon asked them, annoyed, while taking off his hoodie.
