"Let's make the most out of this celeb party, okay? We'd better go home totally wasted!!" Jeisha screamed at us, unable to hide the joy on her face.

"We're celebrating two things: first, our victory, and second, Roella officially becoming a Z artist!" Lexi added.

"Make that three! Because she and Lennon are officially a couple now!!" Jeisha squealed in glee. We hadn't even had a single drink yet, but she already seemed drunk!

Lexi and I were in the car heading to Sunrise Chasers, where we were meeting The Rock Stars and The Red. I couldn't help but worry if Lexi and Jax would be okay once they saw each other.

"Are you sure you're ready to face him?" I asked Lexi seriously, who was sitting next to me.

"You should be asking him that," she said confidently, holding her head high. I just sighed. This might be the first time Lexi has had a real boyfriend, and things were already messy. She always had a lot of pride during fights with her exes, always expecting to be the one who was chased.

Such a drama queen.

"If things don't go well, just drink it away!" Jeisha chimed in from the front seat, sitting beside Lexi's driver, who just laughed at us.

"What's our target tonight? What are you craving?" I asked her, and she went full-on dramatic again.

"Margarita, Sex on the Beach, Vodka, COCKtails—"

"Oh, I'm down for that!" Lexi cut her off. These two were acting like they hadn't had a drink in three months!

"Hey, don't give us that judgmental look. You were the same before you met Lennon. Acting all innocent now!" she teased when she saw the face I made.

"Don't forget, she played hard to get for a week."

The car fell silent for a few seconds as we looked at each other—then burst out laughing. "Fine, damn it, Sex on t, e Beach it is!"

"I'm a Martini girly, babe," Lexi answered me with sass.

"Girl, we used to drink cheap gin and pineapple juice!" Jeisha reminded us, making us laugh again. It was true—I used to love Red Horse beer.

I never run out of energy with these two. I could never find friends like them again. They're etched in my heart.

It felt like all of Diliciae University had packed into Sunrise Chasers by the time we got there. It took a while to find our group because so many familiar faces kept stopping us to say hi.

One of them pointed us in the direction where Magnus was, so we headed over. "The queen is here!" I don't even know who yelled that because of the crowd, but suddenly everyone was shouting my name.

I specifically chose this bar for a private party, but it felt like the whole campus was invited—even the freeloaders from our old research group!

"My gift for you, congratulations." Magnus handed me a glass of vodka, which I didn't refuse and downed in one go.

"Where's Lennon?" I asked him right after recovering from the shot.

"You'll see later." He just smiled and left to join his other friends. I noticed that almost everyone here seemed to know him—he is the dean's grandson after all.

Lexi and Jax made long eye contact and then suddenly burst out laughing and kissed in front of me and Jeisha!!

Just yesterday and earlier today, they were furious at each other and couldn't even stand to be in the same room. Now they were glued together. It's honestly a mystery if these two will last.
