Strange noises filled your head as your senses came back to you. You woke up in your living room, on the couch. You looked around to find the TV on, but you couldn't make out the pictures on the screen. You slowly made your way to a sitting position and found Agatha next to you, watching whatever was on. You felt a sigh of relief seeing your beautiful daughter. For some reason, it almost felt like you haven't seen her in a while.

"Hello, sweetheart," you said. Agatha looked at you and gave a smile back.

"Hi, Mom. How did you sleep?"

"Gosh I don't know," you said, rubbing your head. "I don't remember falling asleep. What happened?"

"I'm not sure of anything happening. I got home from school like 30 minutes ago."

"Huh," you said. "I was having the strangest dream, and I think you were there."

"Oh really? I hope I was good," she jested.

"I think so," you said, still a bit confused. "What are you watching?"

"I'm watching the new Interview with the Vampire TV show that I started watching last night. I'm on episode three." As your vision finally returned to normal, you could make out the pictures on the screen.

"Huh, is it good?" you asked

"Yeah, it's pretty good so far. I think you'd like it. I know you loved the book as well as the movie. It's like a whole new vision and they changed some of the plot points, but in ways, it's sorta closer to the book. However, who doesn't love all things Anne Rice?" you chuckled and mentally added it to your watch list.

"How was school, hon?"

"It was alright. Kind of boring. The only thing that did happen though was I lost the book I was reading during study hall, so, kind of salty about that."

"Oh dear, I'm sorry. What book was it?" you asked, trying to remember what book Agatha was into at the moment. How she loved reading! She gets it from her mother.

"Maze Runner." She said, "It's a shame, I was almost done with it too. Was going to watch the movie after."

"Ahh, I know the feeling," you emphasized. "When I was your age, I was reading The Outsiders."

"In school?" Agatha asked.

"Nope. By myself actually. I never read that one in school."

"Interesting," she paused the tv right at the moment Lestat was saying 'I thought we could have an orgy..' and his face showed aggression "Go on."

"Well, I got to the fire part and then, one day, on my way home from the park, it started to pour. Needless to say, that book was ruined! To this day, I don't know what happens in the end - and I refuse to see the movie until I finish the book."

"...do you want me to tell you?"

"No no! What's the fun in that!?" you said. You both laughed. "Well, anyway, are you hungry?"

"Maybe just a little bit. I'm craving Thai food."

"I can make that happen." After that, you grabbed your phone and started putting together the order.

"By the way, what was your dream about?" you looked up.

"What dream?"

"The dream you just had?" Nothing was clicking. "The one you just woke up from? The one that I was in?"

"Oh...huh that's funny," you said, furrowing your eyebrows. "I don't remember..."
