The team boarded the jet as soon as they got the news but there was a slight problem. The jet's engine had been sabotaged and when they went up they almost immediately went down. They had Bruce and his group of mechanics take a look at them but there was going to be even more of a delay before they would be able to get the aircraft back into the sky. Bucky, of course, was not in love with the idea of having to stay any longer, so he went up to Tony hoping that he would listen to his idea.

"Tony, she's been gone a long time, this is H.Y.D.R.A we know what they can do in a short time. The look on her face when she walked into that shop Tony, she's been wiped. We have got to get to her as quickly as we can before it gets worse, or before it gets too late" he said to Tony, almost begging him to understand him.

"Barnes, I know that you're worried about her, but there is nothing we can do other than wait for the jet to be ready. It will be just a couple of more days and then we can all go as a team, because like you said, it's H.Y.D.R.A. We are going to need all of us to save her" James of course was not happy with the answer but he knew that Tony was right and that they all needed to wait if they were going to save her the right way. As much as that hurt him he let out a defeated sigh and went back towards the building.

The rest of the team was also a bit defeated by the news that they would not be able to go and get their new found friend immediately but they all could see how it was affecting James a lot more than them. They tried to sympathize with him, but they just couldn't because he became just as close off as he was when he first joined the team. They all went back to the meeting room to see if they could come up with a new plan to still leave that day to go and get her.

"Just think about it Cap, they would be expecting us to be arriving in our world renowned jet. If we were just to arrive in a normal private jet they wouldn't think anything of it" Nat stated with frustration in her voice because Steve and Tony have shot down most of her ideas since they got back into the meeting room. This one however caused Tony to stop arguing and actually had him thinking.

Just as Cap was about to retort to Nat's idea, Tony stood up and made his way back up to the head of the table. As he did so everyone had their eyes on him and they followed him to the head of the table. He put both of his hands on the surface and leaned into them giving a distressed appearance to his figure. He was silent for a bit while everyone's eyes were burning holes into him because of how hard they were staring at him. While he was being stared at he was looking at everyone that surrounded him and as he did that he could see a flicker of hope in their eyes.

"Cap as much as I hate to say it, Nat is right. They took her because she was close to their most prized possession. They are going to be expecting the jet to come looking for her. But with the jet and us needing to get to her as quickly as possible the private one might be the next best option" he said and everyone who was listening perked up because they had just the slightest bit of hope put back into them.

Cap was clearly not happy about it because he knew that they were right, but also because he too knew that she had been wiped because he had seen the same look on his best friend's face when they first met after being apart for 70 years. He looked around at everyone who was there and paused the longest when he came to his friend. He knew that he needed to go and save her and he wasn't going to be the one to hold him off, even if it was just a few days. He looked back to Nat and to Tony and then stood and with one look everyone jumped from the table to go and get their bags into the cars so they could head to the airport.

They raced to JFK airport and they made their way to the ticket counter all in a rush. They were able to secure a private jet easily but it didn't come with a pilot. Nat offered to fly with Clint alongside her but the company of the jet said "absolutely not". So they were stuck on the tarmac with no one to fly their plane. That was until someone came running out with their white button up untucked from their shirt, khaki trousers, and black loafers. Typical pilot attire.
