Sean and I have been talking non-stop for 3 hours before I realize that it's time for me to go to Edward's to pick up my dress. He said he will bring it over tomorrow but I can't help it, I wanna see him again and the dress will just be one way through which I can be near him. I feel bad leaving Sean alone when he rarely ever visits. He will complete his degree just in 3 months but then I will leave and we'll still be thousands of miles away.

But Sean said it's fine because he'll go and catch up with some of his old buddies and also drop by dad's new office and surprise mom and dad both and then we can have the long pending family dinner. It's 4 and I will be back home the latest by 6 and same goes for Sean, mom and dad so, we'll have plenty to catch up before getting ready for dinner.

I watch the beautiful city before me as I gaze out the window of my uber ride. The driver is a very sweet woman just around Sean's age. She let me pick the music of my choice even though I insisted her to put whatever she wants but she wanted me to choose whatever I wanted. I just wanted to be alone with my thoughts so I just decided to give in and picked my music.

I don't know why but I don't feel well suddenly. My instincts are screaming at me that I have had fun for too long and it's time for God to return my original miserable life back to me. She has been too good to me recently and it just feels....off. I feel like it was just a trap to lure me into believing that I do deserve to be happy but, only for her to be back a month later with a 'hey bitch, your once in a lifetime premium is now over and you can do nothing to restart it.'

"Ma'am?" The uber driver, Shea, says in a confused state as she looks at me through the rear view mirror. I shoot her a questioning gaze and she points out, "We're here." It's only then that I notice that we're parked right outside Edward's house.

"Oh, thank you," I say as I get out and hand out a 10 dollar bill to her. She smiles at me when I let her keep the change. She looks like a struggling student trying to fight her way to success. I hope she gets whatever she's seeking in life.

I walk up to the doorstep of his home and before I can knock a beautiful snake like green eyed girl opens the door. Her aura seems complete opposite from that of snakes'. She looks kind and composed. She's wearing glasses and she keeps her eyes on the books held in her hand as she lightly hums to the music I assume is playing in her headphones. She has blonde hair which seems faded and her dark black roots are the proof that she isn't naturally blonde.

Jealousy courses through me at the thought of another woman at Edward's place. Before I can jump to conclusions, her eyes meet mine and she jumps from both fright and embarrassment. Her cheeks flush as she fiddles to put her book and headphones aside. Suddenly, I notice that her face somehow resembles Edward's. She's Cassie.

As the realization dawns on me, she gets aside to let me in. She passes me a warm smile as she speaks, "You must be Charlotte. I am Cassie, Edward's sister." She holds outs her hand for me to shake. Now fully sure that I don't need to murder her; actually now I need to worship her, I take her hand and shake it.

"Nice to finally meet you. Edward speaks highly of you, he really adores you," I say as she motions for me to sit on the couch. I sit and she sits across me and removes her glasses before rubbing her eyes lightly. She has black smudges under her eyes indicating she works hard or just likes to party. But judging how she is spending her Sunday evening, she doesn't look like the party kind.

She looks at me with surprise as she points at herself, "Me? He talks about me at all, let alone highly?" She asks mockery evident in her voice. A smile tugs at my mouth at her reaction. If only she knew.

"Yeah, don't tell him. He will bury me alive," I say and we both smile imagining the look on Edward's face if he gets to know about this. He won't kill me but for sure make my ass sore.
