After a long day of classes, Catalina decided to explore two more research societies at Tōtsuki Culinary Academy.

She had heard about the Local Cuisine RS, which focused on studying regional ingredients and cooking styles, and the Miyazato Seminar, known for researching and reviving historical recipes. Excited to learn more about these unique culinary pursuits, she headed to the respective locations.

First, Catalina arrived at the Local Cuisine RS. As she entered, her eyes fell upon Megumi Tadokoro, a timid yet talented chef from the 92nd Generation. With her usual flirty and fun demeanor, Catalina approached Megumi, instantly putting her at ease yet also making her blush.

"Hey there, Megumi! I couldn't help but notice your incredible skills in the kitchen. You have this amazing aura of talent around you," Catalina said, her voice filled with admiration.

Megumi, slightly taken aback but appreciating the compliment, replied, "Oh, um... Thank you so much. You're too kind."

Catalina leaned closer, her voice dropping to a whisper. "You know, Megumi, I have a feeling we're going to have a lot of fun together. And maybe we can even create some delicious dishes that will leave everyone speechless."

Megumi's eyes widened in awe, feeling a sense of excitement mixed with a touch of shyness. She nodded, unable to find the right words to express her agreement.

With a playful wink, Catalina bid farewell to Megumi, promising to meet up again soon. As she left, she couldn't help but feel a connection with the talented chef, just as Megumi had felt with Sōma.

Next on her list was the Miyazato Seminar. Catalina found herself in the presence of Zenji Marui, her own dorm roommate, who was eager to introduce her to the seminar's focus on researching and bringing historical recipes to the modern world.

"Welcome, Catalina! In the Miyazato Seminar, we dive into the depths of culinary history and strive to revive forgotten recipes," Zenji explained enthusiastically.

Catalina nodded, her curiosity piqued. "That sounds fascinating, Zenji. I've always been intrigued by the stories behind traditional dishes and the heritage they carry."

Zenji beamed, happy to have found a fellow enthusiast. "Exactly! We explore historical documents and culinary literature to uncover hidden gems and bring them to life once again. It's a blend of history and culinary creativity."

As Catalina listened, her mind filled with excitement, she realized that her journey at Tōtsuki was not only about mastering her own cooking skills but also about embracing the rich culinary heritage that surrounded her.
