The autumn election was heating up, and it was time for Catalina to face off against Shun Ibusaki in the next round. As the competitors gathered in the Elite Ten office, Erina, the head judge, revealed the theme of the challenge: smoked foods. Catalina couldn't help but sense a hint of superiority in Erina's smirk as their eyes locked.

Catalina smiled back at Erina, unphased by the challenge that lay ahead. She turned to Shun, her opponent, and said with determination, "Don't go easy on me, Shun. I won't hold back either."

Shun nodded, impressed by Catalina's resolve. He knew that smoked dishes were his specialty, but he could see the determination in Catalina's eyes. It was going to be an intense battle.

Catalina grinned. "Latin food and fusion. But for this challenge, I think I might surprise everyone."

Both Rindo and Kuga leaned in with anticipation. "And what do you have in mind?" Kuga asked.

Catalina shrugged playfully. "Honestly, I have no idea yet."

Rindo and Kuga exchanged puzzled looks before bursting into laughter. "Leave it to Catalina to keep us on our toes," Rindo said, wiping away a tear of amusement.

With a plan forming in her mind, Catalina secured a kitchen that Rindo graciously lent her. She knew she needed to create a dish that would stand out, not just in taste but in concept. She grabbed a map of the Eastern Hemisphere, closed her eyes, and spun around as if for a piñata. She took a deep breath and threw a dart at the map, determining the country she would base her dish on.

The dart landed on ...
