Aurora and Jasper stood in front of the hospital. Both weren't planning to go in, cause she knew he couldn't control himself in there, so she insisted on staying with him. "Can we go?" She turned her head to him. "You said you wanted to get your canvas, let's go there." A smile formed on her face, before she climbed on the driver's seat. In a second Jasper was next to her and she started the car.

The blonde didn't had to say something they were at their destination. He felt they were. Both stepped out of the car and were faced with a large sunflower field. "Really?" She shrugged, before running to the barn. "Jasper? Can you help carrying?" She held him the canvas to take. It was a painting of a skyline. "That's amazing." She smiled. Aurora picked another one up, this time it was one of Carlsile and Esme. "I'm sure they both would love to hang it up in the living room." "Maybe I'll give it them." The two walked out with a bunch of canvas in their hands. "I saw you drawing sometimes in a sketch book, but once I came you put it away." She laughed quietly. "Of course you noticed." They reached the car and place them in the back. "You'll find out soon, I promise."

The sun shined on Aurora and she started sparkling. Jasper didn't saw her yet like this, neither did she him. Her eyes became a brighter colour, a hint of blue behind it. "Your human eye colour was blue, or?", he asked. "Yeah." Her hair looked wonderful in it, even fantastic. At her neck Jasper could see now a scar he never saw before. It wasn't a bite scar, more like a knife. "From where is that scar?" Something faded in her eyes, it seemed to be a intense topic. She sighed. "You don't have to tell me if you're not comfortable with it." "No, no. I should tell you."

"My mother was called crazy or insane, but I didn't believe it." Jasper sat with Aurora on a bench by the sunflower field. The sun was on them both, both looking breathtaking and flawless. "But she was. I found out in 1852, as she tried to stab me." Her hand wiped over the scar, bringing the memory up again. "I was ten. Ten years old. I was still a child." Jasper reached over with his hand and carefully touched it with his thumb. "You didn't deserve that. I hope you know that." A weak smile faded on her face. She turned to him, taking in his beauty. "You're beautiful.", he spat out. Her smile quickly formed into a bright one. Jasper loved seeing her smile and even loved it more when he was the reason she did. "You're flawless."

They stared into eachother's eyes, finding the beauty inside.

They knew they were once killers.

Only they knew.

But both convinced eachother they were not.

Not anymore.

"Can I try something?"

"Go on."

Jasper placed his hand under Aurora's chin, slowly moving her to her.

Their lips met, both closing their eyes at the contact.

Both loved the feeling.

They found it amazing.

The two shared a comfortable and loving kiss.

It was golden.

Like the sun, like their eyes, like their hair, like their love.

It was the love that was golden.

Their love.
