~~Marie~~

It was so silly how nervous she was about Ronan talking to Sebastian, especially since Damien would be able to smooth things out if things got out of hand. She had seen the look of devestation on Sebastian's face when he'd looked at Veelara, and knew how deeply he'd come to care for her in the few days he'd been around her. It was strange, considering what she knew of him from what he'd said of his intentions, and from how he'd been in school. She couldn't remember a single time he'd been serious with a woman.

She sighed, looking up at the moon out of the window, her brow furrowing with worry at how full it was growing. She still didn't know how the full moon would go, but Ari's idea held promise. She wasn't fond of the idea of Damien and Ronan under the imperius curse, but it if kept them from pain and suffering during the full moon it was well worth using an unforgivable. Broaching the subject with Ominis and Sebastian would be another matter entirely.

The night was clear, and she hoped that was a good sign for what was to come. Trying to keep the full moon at bay without getting rid of the wolf inside them would be difficult, if not impossible. She hoped that they could at least make it easier.

She inhaled softly at the sight of Damien walking down the path with Sebastian, letting out a soft sigh of relief that it seemed to have gone well based on their body language. Neither looked particularly tense or upset, and Sebastian even gave Damien a playful little shove.

She glanced over to where the auror was hidden behind the tree in the back, her eyes thoughtful. They couldn't keep her like that forever... that seemed so wrong, especially if she was alive like Ominis said she was. Sure she was probably frozen and couldn't feel anything, but... still. They would need to find a better place for her, too. Somewhere hidden.

She looked over as the two men entered the house, turning to look at them as she stood by the window. Sebastian made his way further into the house while Damien remained by the doorway, and she blushed a bit when his eyes met hers again. He always seemed to look straight into her eyes with no fear whatsoever, and it made her shiver a bit..

"Are Ominis and Ariadne asleep already?" Ronan asked gently.

She smiled a bit when she realized it had been him talking to Sebastian on the way here, and she was even happier that they had seemed friendlier than before.

"Yes, Ominis was really tired after that spell." She said quietly, watching Sebastian go into the original bedroom and heard him rustle around before coming back out with a pack.

"I'll be back, I'm going to go pick up her stuff." Sebastian said, glancing between them for a moment before giving a bit of a smile and leaving.

Marie blushed, wondering what that little grin was for, but let out an exasperated exhale as he walked back out the door. "That man is infuriating."

Ronan chuckled in amusement and nodded. "For being so smart he doesn't think things through."

"No... he's very rash." Marie rolled her eyes a bit. "Do you want some tea? I don't think I'll be able to sleep after all that excitement." She sighed.

Ronan tilted his head a bit, a sign of his curiosity. "Sure. I don't think I've tried it while I've been... out."

"Can you feel anything when Damien is in charge?" She asked curiously.

"Very faintly. Kind of..." he looked up thoughtfully. "Like you're remembering what something felt like."

She was a bit struck by that wording, wondering what he meant. "Do you have memories of what things feel like?" She asked softly.

Ronan just shrugged. "The first thing I remember is the full moon that first night."

Marie gave a thoughtful hum before starting to walk toward the kitchen, her robes billowing out behind her with her steps. "Follow me, Ronan." She said, but had a feeling she didn't need to. Ronan always seemed to follow her from room to room. Even Damien had started doing that, his dark eyes subtly watching her.
