"We're going to set up shields around the house, so if you want to go get supplies, that would be helpful." Damien said, still a bit wary after what they'd found in the basement.

"I've been meaning to go to the apothecary for more medicine anyway." Veela sighed. "And perhaps a checkup."

Sebastian perked up at that, looking over to her thoughtfully. "I'll go with you. If you want." He added the second part quickly.

She gave a little smile, because now that they were starting over... it may be nice to have him be more involved with things. He was the father, after all.

"I'd like that." She answered him, and couldn't help but chuckle when he made such a big smile at her response. He really could be quite charming... she just wished that he'd be more honest with her. It was almost like he was used to lying to people. She was starting to wonder why... because he seemed to be trustworthy to Damien and Ominis. Maybe there was a reason?

"I'll get you two a list. We can grab food when we get to Hogsmeade before heading to Feldcroft." Marie said, going to get some paper before pausing as if she realized something and turning around. "Ariadne, where did you put that vial?"

Ariadne patted her pocket gently.

"Let's try and not jostle it as much as possible, okay? We still don't know what that crystal is." Marie said uneasily.

"I'd like to examine it when we're closer to an empty area. Just in case." Damien said, looking to the pocket Ariadne had indicated.

"Do you think it could cause trouble?" Sebastian asked.

"I'm not sure... but it's here for a reason. People don't just leave those around." Damien shook his head.

"Says the man that left one on my bookshelf." Sebastian snickered.

"Touché, mon ami." Damien grinned wryly.

"Either way, it's better to be careful. Especially because I doubt Sebastian would appreciate it if his house was damaged somehow." Marie said matter-of-factly.

"Yeah, as small as it is I'd rather keep my house, thanks." Sebastian said flatly.

"I'm more worried that my father will find us." Veela said nervously. With all that was happening she couldn't help but think that he was still out there. "I know him well... and he probably hasn't given up. If anything my rejection has probably made him more desperate." She was afraid of what her father was capable of. He had so many connections from his time as an auror, and now she'd learned how manipulative he could be.

"If he is still after you somehow we'll deal with him when he shows up." Sebastian said, putting a hand against her back reassuringly.

She let out a soft breath, because that touch was reassuring... his hand was warm, and large, and the soft look he gave her was sincere. "Yeah... alright." She said quietly.

Marie moved away from the group to write down a short list, coming back with it and offering it to them. "It's not much- just some potions and traveling supplies. I appreciate you two going to get them, though. That way we can focus on prepping the house for being on its own for a bit."

"How long do you think we'll be gone?" Damien asked, looking between Marie and Ominis.

"I wouldn't think more than a few weeks." Ominis shook his head. "Just long enough to throw someone off our trail or force them to make a move."

"So... past the full moon." Damien sighed wearily.

Veela turned a bit tense at that, giving Damien a wary look. "Is that going to be a problem?"
