"Okay we need cookies,brownies,and a cake"Estella said looking at her notes app on what to buy for Christophe's birthday party,Damien and a regressed Pip were standing by her pushing the cart "What kind of cake?Did it say?"Damien asked lazily laying his head on the cart frame while walking "Uh yea it was a vanilla sponge cake I think"Estella replied after texting Gregory the question.

Pip was in his own little world at the moment,and not really paying attention to his surroundings.While the three walked through the bakery section Pip got distracted by a mouse he saw on the floor,he walked away from Damien and Estella and went to catch the mouse. "Hi mousy..hi thewe"Pip said to the mouse once he finally caught it "I show u to Estewwa an Dada"He turned around to look at his friends but they weren't there.The little grew scared at the absence of his caregivers,He tried his best to keep everything together as he cautiously went to go find them.

Since the two mentally older kids were busy getting the pastry,they didn't notice the absence of Pip. "Wait can we get some sugar cookies?"Damien asked Estella who rolled his eyes "Do you have sugar cookie money?" "Actually I do,so don't mind me I'll just put these bad boys into the cart..where's Pip?"Damien questioned when he noticed Pip was gone,Estella looked around and then grew nervous "Shit I think we lost him"the two stared at each other not knowing what to do.

"...should we go look-" "YES"Estella yelled walking off to find Pip,Damien quickly following her while pushing the cart.The two walked through isles and isles calling Pips name,but they had no luck "Great,we lost a fucking toddler in a fucking grocery store"Damien leaned his head onto the cart and shoved his head into the cart basket thing,Estella rolled her eyes "Okay if I were Pip where would I be..where would I be..Wait I know!"She grabbed the end of the cart and started running,catching Damien off guard "wait where are we going?!"He asked as he was getting dragged,Estella ignored him and continued running.

The two ran for like two minutes until the got to the tea🍵 section and luckily to Estella's assumption,Pip was there.The boy was at the end of the isle sitting with his knees to his chest,probably crying. "There you are Pip,we were so worried about you"Estella said pulling Pip up,who immediately hugged her tightly "I sowwy I walk away.."He apologized hiding his face in Estella's hair,Making Damien laugh "Don't worry about it Pip,It's easy for little baby's like you to get lost"he said patting Pips head.

Pip whimpered and wiped his eyes "Oki.."he brushed off his clothes and looked at the cart before speaking "Can we leaves now?"Pip asked politely making the other two nod.The three kids paid for their items and headed on home,mentally taking note that they should from now on put Pip on one of those child leashes.
