I opened my eyes and I was welcomed by a loud beeping sound and a strong scent of alcohol. Everything was plain white. I roamed my eyes around, I was alone in unfamiliar room.

I tried to sat down, but my whole body was hurting.

"You're awake. How are you feeling?" Napatingin ako sa pinto ng may pumasok. It was Chase. He looked very worried and glad at the same time.

"I'm fine. Where am I?" I asked him. Umupo ito sa harap ko, his face was serious.

"You're in Rockford Hospital. Archer brought you here." Sagot niya.

I suddenly remember what happened last night. Archer and I were after the traitors but one thing is for sure, it was not Archer who brought me here. His scent was the only thing I dare not to forget.

Bumukas ang pinto muli at pumasok si Sif at Pierce. They slightly bowed down bago lumapit.

"Glad you're awake." Simula ni Sif.

"We did some cleaning inside Donovan. We cannot let another traitors to be with us." Pierce added. I guess they already took care of it.

"We've been watching those two traitors closely, glad you and Archer were able to caught them." Dagdag ni Sif.

"Where's Archer?" I asked.

"We haven't seen him yet. He just called us to let us know where you are." Sagot ni Chase.

"You have to rest. You lost a lot of blood yesterday." He added.

Mabilis naman akong umiling.

"I'm fine Chase. I can't stay here." Aangal pa sana ito pero kalaunan ay pumayag na rin siya. Tumawag sila ng nurse upang alisin lahat ng nakakabit sa akin, he let me sit on a wheelchair and pushed it for me.

Inalalayan niya akong sumakay sa kotse at hinatid pauwi. I was silent the whole ride habang si Chase ay tuloy tuloy lamang sa pagrarant. He was mad that Archer didn't let them know about it, I just laughed. Archer didn't even told me too. He probably want them to be caught in the act.

We arrived at my house. Paika-ika pa ang lakad ko kaya't inalalayan niya ako. I stopped when I notice that his lights were on and his car parked outside.

"Kaya ko na. Umuwi ka na." Sabi ko kay Chase.

"No. Hatid na kita sa loob." I just chuckled and pushed him slightly.

"Hindi na, kaya ko na." Pabiro ko pa siyang sinipa gamit ang paa ko na may sugat.

"Hey careful!" Naiinis na sabi naman nito kaya't tumawa lang ako.

"See? Kaya pa nga kita sipain eh." Pagyayabang ko kahit deep inside sobrang sakit pala talaga niya. He sighed deeply and smiled.

"Oo na. Magpahinga ka na." I waived goodbye when he drove away.

Naghintay pa ako ng ilang minuto hanggang sa tuluyan na siyang mawala sa paningin ko. Tumingin ako sa bahay ni Nightmare, huminga ako ng malalim at naglakad papunta rito.

I needed to confront him. He can't just ignore me when I don't even know why. I knocked very hard and I was about to knock again when he opened the door.

I gulped when I saw him shirtless. Naramdaman ko ang pag-init ng pisngi ko kaya't mabilis akong umiwas sa kanya ng tingin.

He was not even shocked upon seeing me. It looked like he was expecting for me. He stared at me for a while, then he looked at my thigh probably checking if my wound is fine.

"Let's talk." I started.

"What are we going to talk about?" He asked coldly.

"Why are you like that?" I asked. The pain, sadness and confusion can be heard through my voice. It was desperate for answers.
