HIS POV

"Nightmare." His deep, authorative voice echoed throughout the mansion. I looked at him boredly and put my hands on my pocket.

"What?" I asked irritatedly.

"Sa tingin mo ay hindi ko alam ang ginawa mong pagpunta sa board meeting ng Hexagon?" He said while gritting his teeth.

I smirked at chuckled sarcastically.

"Why not? It's mine. It was owned by my moth--" I answered.

"IT'S NOT YOURS!" I formed my fist into ball, I grit my teeth in anger and glared at him. I could feel the rage tear starting to form into my eyes.

"IT IS MY BIRTHRIGHT!" I shouted back.

"You're a bastard. A trash. A small piece of shit and your birthright was to die with your father."

I could feel a lump on my throat. I want to punch him really hard, right on his fucking face and split his skull but I was frozen and stilled. My heart was clenching in pain and anger.

He walked towards me and faced me, eye to eye.

"Dati ay napagtyatyagaan pa kita, I wanted you to serve Cepheus, to be one of them. But you disobeyed me!" His voice echoed in the empty mansion.

"What a disgrace!" I just stared in front me, clenching my fist and jaw in anger and hatred.

I tried to calm myself down and started to walk away from this damned house. A cursed house, a lifeless house. That old man was manipulative, no wonder why his real son rarely went home that mansion.

And speaking of his real son.

"Brother." I ignored him and went straight to my car.

"Let me guess, he told you, you're a bastard. " He said while laughing. I gritted my teeth and walk pass through him, but he said something that made me stop from my track.

"Just do what he wants, brother." I laughed sarcastically and looked at him.

"For what? To be like you? A fucking puppet of your father?" I saw him clench his jaw and met my gaze.

"Not a puppet, but you can call me grateful, brother." He said, emphasizing the word 'brother'.

"What should I be grateful for?" We exchanged death glares and challenging each other's guts.

"For letting you live when you shouldn't be in the first place."

"If he didn't let you live, you wouldn't be here today challenging my stares and disobeying him." He added.

"Then tell him to kill me if he had the chance, Travis." He smirked and nodded.

"I will. And I shall request him to let me do the favor, Nightmare." He winked at me before he turn his back away.

----

"Having a bad day?"

"Not really." I answered. Umiling ito at ngumiti. He filled the glass with wine and gave it to me. He pointed the chair in front of him.

"Is it your father again?" Natatawang saad nito habang umiinom sa kanyang kopita.

"Yes, sir." I answered. He chuckled and put down his cup.
