chapter 37

Maa, I will take Ayan with me to the NGO.. Ayesha informed Sushma.
But beta, he won't let you work peacefully and would stick around not letting you concentrate on your work Sushma said .
I will take care of that and more over I have only 3 classes throughout the day and he will play with kids there meanwhile. You don't worry. Ayesha said making sushma node at her smilingly.
Armaan has already left to the office and Ayesha couldn't inform him about her joining back and about Ayan too but she thought it's not a big deal as Ayan used to visit her before too.
She kept some snacks for Ayan  in a  bag as their driver will bring their lunch in the noon only as sushma informed her .
Ayesha and Ayan left for the Happy space.

Ayesha greeted Mr. Ananda and Mrs
Madhu and they were very happy to have her back . Ayan was bit familiar with them as used to visit Ayesha with Maansi many times here .
Ayesha entred her classroom with Ayan .
All the kids were super happy on their favourite teachers arrival . They greeted her cheerfully and came to hug her .
Ayan being a possessive kid didn't liked other kids coming near to her and started crying clinging to his mumma.
Ayesha chuckled looking at his kiddo's jealousy and hugged him to her chest .
All the childrens get settled on their seats and Ayesha also made Ayan to sit on a small chair near her desk .
She started with her class but Ayan was getting bored so he started roaming in the class here and there getting others kids attention and they also started playing with him making Ayesha shake her head.
She knew he wound not stay still and decided to send him to the garden area with one of the helpers .
Ayan refused to go with the unknown lady and Ayesha has to herself walk him out to the garden. She asked Nita ..the helper lady to look after him till she is taking her class .
Ayesha continued with her class but half of her attention was with Ayan only .

It was 10 minutes before the lunch break that Nita rushed into the class panicked gaining Ayesha's attention.
Didi... Ayan baba fell down from a ride and his forehead is bleeding. He is not letting anyone of us to come near him ...she informed Ayesha making her gasp .
Ayesha ran out of the class leaving everything to check on her baby .
Ayan was sitting on the ground and crying badly . His forehead got a cut and was bleeding.
Ayesha heart dropped to her stomach seeing her baby in this condition.
She hurriedly picked him up in his arms making Ayan cry harder.
Mum..maa....!!! He sobbed harder clinging to her . Tears flowed out of her own eyes seeing her baby in pain and she quickly rushed him to the medical room.
The doctor attended him and the cut was bit deep and they had  to stictch it .
Ayesha was silently crying blaming herself for this. She should have been more responsible towards her boy .
Ayan slept after being exhausted from all the crying .
Ayesha wipped his tear stained cheeks. His white t shirt has blood spots and that made her stomach  churn .

She kissed his palms and cried looking at his red face . Their driver came with lunch but panicked seeking Ayesha like this .
Ayesha picked Ayan in her arms and left with the driver to go home .
Devki and Sushma who were having their lunch frowned seeing Ayesha with Ayan sleeping on her shoulder.
You came early beta...Sushma asked but then noticed her red eyes and frowned .
Is everything ok Ayesha. Did you cried beta...Sushma asked standing up .
Ayesha sobbed looking at her mother in law . Devki also stood up and came near her .
Is Ayan alright ...she asked patting Ayan's back .
Ayesha sobbed more nodding in No panicking them .
What happened to Ayan ...Sushma asked and Ayesha turned him in her arms and they gasped looking at his bandaged forhead and blood spot on his t shirt .
What happened to my Ayan ....sushma asked with teary eyes looking at her grandson.
Ayesha narrated then everything crying harder in the process.
Sushma consoled her but Devki was hell angry and disappointed at Ayesha.
When you have a child , you need to extra careful. If you were not able to handle him you should not have tagged him alone . This is all because of your negligence. We have never kept any nanny or baby sitter for him bcz we never trusted outsiders with our boy . But here you were busy with your work leaving him with some helpers. Devki said in a hard tone and Ayesha just looked down sobbing silently.

She laid beside Ayan looking at his cute face and her eyes became moist again .
I am so sorry bachaaa...mumma is so bad. She couldn't take care of you .....she said kissing his palm .
After seeing Devki's reaction she was hell terrified about how will Armaan react to it . The thought only was enough to scare her to the core .
