it was the day joão and i we're headed to hawaii and i woke up at 5 started getting ready and packed some tiny things, our flight was at 6:30 and joão woke up at 5:30.
joão was being really touchy and kissing me on my cheek and lips from time to time, i was asleep for most of the trip.

João's POV
i was so excited i didn't want to keep it any longer but i tried.
as we got there i woke up cassie who was asleep.
"cassie...cassie my love wake up we're here"
"mhm?" she flutters her eyes
"oh okay" she smile and gets up
we leave and immediately call an uber and get to our suite, we had an amazing view, with ocean blue water surrounding us.
"wow, it's gorgeous joão" she says mesmerized by the view
"yea it is.." i say looking it her
"let's go to the beach" i says kissing her cheek
"okay" she smiles pulling out her swimsuit then running into the bathroom and changing.

we were at the beach and i loved going to the beach with cassie, she always wanted to go in the water with me and she never is boring at the beach except when she sunbaths but that was exceptional.
we laid down our things on the warm sand and i look at cassie
"what?" she smiles
"cmon let's go"
"but what if someone takes our thing?"
"no one gonna take it, let's go!"
"okay" she smiles, i grab her hand and run leading her to the ocean, she screams because the water was cold
"omg it's so cold!" she screeches
i splash some water in her face and she uses her hands to block the water

we were quite tired and cassie wanted to sunbathe, and i did do, so we decided to sunbathe.
we finshed sunbathing and decided to go back to the restaurant and take a nap.

today was the day i was gonna propose, i had this reservation for this fancy dinner, and i was nervous as hell.
"hey whats wrong?" cassie asks cuddling me in the bed
"nothing"
"why do you even try?"
"try what?"
"try lying to me"
i chuckle running ny hands through her hair
"just home sick"
"homesick?"
"yes" i kiss her head

Cassie's POV
joão has been acting werid lately i couldnt quite put my finger on it but whatever.
we're going to a dinner joão had put a reservation on and i was doing my final touches.
"ready my love?"
"yes!" i say running my hands through my hair
"you look great my love" he says snaking his arms around my waist kissing my neck
"we don't wanna be late" i say smiling
"okay" he said letting go of me and grabbing my arm as we leave the room
we order an uber to get there and once we got there joão wouldn't stop looking at me
"hi welcome, do you have a reservation?"
"uh yes, under the name joão felix"
"mmm..okay!" she says grabbing menus and signing us to follow her
we got seated with an absolute beautiful view of the city lights and buildings.
we ate and we laughed and we were just sitting down enjoying the presence of eachother and the city view, the sun was setting and joão wouldn't stop fiddling around.
"hey you alright?" i ask him touching his shoulder
"yea just look over there" he says pointing torwards the view
i look over my shoulder and i don't see anything
"what? i don't see anything"
"the tall building"
i look at the tall buildings and one of them said "cassie, você fará as honras e me fará o homem mais feliz do mundo?" (Cassie, will you do the honors and make me the happiest man in the world?)
i whipped my head to joão and he was on his knee with a big ass ring in a velvet box.
no fucking way.
"oh my god!" i scream
"cassie will you marry me?" he asks with pleading eyes
"ye-YES absolutely! 100%" i scream with tears in my eyes cupping his face
he gets up from his knee and pulls me into a kiss, i hear cheering all around, i pull away and i see the restaurant owner and workers clapping and cheering.
i was officially going to become a félix
