( Imagine you're celebrating the 4th of July with Tommy. lol, this is probably gonna be cringe, but oh well 😅 )

Y/n " surprised you'd even be off of work for this I say as I lean against his chest " .

Tom" Hey you know I always try to make time for you and I take a drink of my beer while holding onto her with my other arm "

Y/n" I know I know I'm just teasing you hanson I chuckle and I snatched the beer bottle from him taking a sip out of it "

Tom" It's actually been years since I've seen actual fireworks I just haven't had the time the last couple of years "  .

Y/n " seriously? Well tonight's you're lucky night my dad always puts on a great show for us "

Tom" you're dad does all this? " .

Y/n" yep he always has he's awesome " .

Tom" Well I'm looking forward to it I smile kissing the side of her head " .

Y/n" I'm dreading going back to work though I mean yeah police work is fun and all but holidays like these they are so fun I never wanna stop doing this kinda stuff "

Tom" oh so work with me is boring and I pretend to pout "

Y/n" you know what I mean handsome i giggle "

Tom" yeah I know what you mean but I have to say that really hurt me a kiss would make it feel much better though " .

Y/n" that's just an excuse for me to kiss you and I sit up now in front of you "

Tom" What can I say I'm addicted to your kisses and I pull her in kissing her on the lips softly "

Y/n" I pull away chuckling you're so dorky I honestly wonder how you ever won me over " .

Tom" I'm not that dorky and 2 I won you over with my amazing skills and charminness "

Y/n" Well I'm lucky then and I kiss him again this time I do it with meaning then I hear a pow go off oop their setting the fireworks off now we can't miss them and I turn back around in my previous position "

Tom" Wow I love the colors " .

Y/n" so do I that's the best part about fireworks " .
