From having no one, I could say that I have someone now. It's Ivory.

He was really true to his words... he became nice to me, though we are still adjusting to each other because our encounters these past few months were not good.

I tried my best to make him cooperate with us and make our situation less awkward by asking for some insights on preparing for our wedding. I'm glad that he cooperated.

"I wanted to design my own wedding gown," I lastly reminded Elani of what I wanted to do for my wedding.

She listed all the things I wanted. Sometimes we asked Ivory, but he's so indecisive that I'm the only one who got to answer some of Elani's questions about choosing something.

"Whatever my fiancé wants," he will just reply.

Elani and I will just smile at each other every time we hear those words from Ivory.

After an hour of discussing the wedding plan, it finally ended. It was a normal day for me because Filoah wasn't there, though she's still part of the planning. Elani was the only one I talked to personally with regard to the plans.

When Elani was gone, I went back to my room to fix myself again because I'd go to QC, where my studio was.

"Where are you going?" he asked when he followed me.

My brows furrowed. "Why ask?"

"Because this is me being a good fiancé to you."

"I'm going to QC," I just answered. "How about you? Don't have work?"

He subtly shook his head.

"Do you want to accompany me?" I offered.

He shrugged. "Sure."

I just inwardly smiled at myself. He looks like he is so cold, but for him to ask me where I will go just made me confirm that he really wants to accompany me.

I think the Kyson I knew was slowly coming back. That's really typical of him.

"Do you want to drive or have a driver with us?" I asked when we finally both went to my room.

"I'll just drive."

He followed me to walk in my closet, but he didn't enter.

"How many hours will I wait?" I got asked while I was picking out what clothes I should wear.

"Why? Will you wait for me for hours?" I teased, still not facing him.

"Do I have a choice?"

This time, I turned my back and faced him. I leaned my body on the door of my huge cabinet. "It's not difficult to say that you're willing to wait for me, Ivory."

I inwardly smiled again with victory when I saw how his brows furrowed. Okay. I got another reaction from him. That's a flex.

"I'm not waiting for you." I saw him turning his back on me. "I'll give you thirty minutes. I'll wait in front of the mansion."

This time, a smile formed on my lips because he couldn't see me. "How generous of you to give me thirty minutes of your time."

He stopped before he could walk away. "Twenty minutes."

My lips widen. "I'll give you fifteen minutes," I muttered.

A chuckle escaped my mouth when he finally left my room. I don't know if he's still easy to tease.
