Freen was still standing outside the hospital, unable to process what had just happened, she was pulled out of her trance when a rain drop fell on her face.
" Great timing ". She mumble looking up at the sky.
Soon rain was pouring down heavily. Freen threw the bouquet she was holding in her hands in the trashcan near the hospital entrance and got into her car.
" I hate this ". She wiped her face with hands, the rain had messed up her makeup. She drove off without wasting any time. Driving in the rain gave Freen flashbacks of the day of her accident. '' Ahh shit my head hurts ". She had to pull her car to the side of the road due to her headache. She held her head in her hands and let out a small whimper.
All her memories were still foggy, only thing she remembered was how badly her car had crashed into that truck. " I can't see ". Freen mumbled as her eyelids closed on their own.
( FLASHBACKS OF THAT DAY )
" How can I let this happen ?!! ". Freen yelled while driving.
" Really three years for nothing ?!!! ". Freen scoffed and increased the speed of her car. She was lost in her thoughts, thinking about the devastating news she had just heard, the news which destroyed her to the core.
" I fucking hate this !! ". Without thinking about the bad traffic and rain which was pouring down, she sped her car. A truck came from the right side, Freen's blind spot and overtook her car, before she could slow down or hit the brakes her car crashed right into it.

Freen woke with someone banging on her car window, it was a police officer. She rolled down her window and that made some of the rain come inside her car. " Ma'am you should head to your home, the weather is pretty bad and I don't recommend that you should drive at night ". Police officer looked at Freen worried, he perfectly saw Freen struggling with a headache when she pulled her car to the side. He only knocked on her window when he saw her passed out.
" Are you okay ? ". He asked again, Freen was still processing her memories, trying to solve the puzzle. " Yeah, Yeah I am okay, thank you officer ". Freen replied and started the engine of her car, with the last nod at the officer she drove to her penthouse.
Freen was unable to sleep, constantly replaying her regained memories in her mind. Freen sat on her bed and took her phone from the nightstand and called Richard.
" Sorry I know this is late but can you send me the CCTV footage of the day of my accident ". Freen could sense that Richard was still sleepy and she felt bad after disturbing his sleep.
" Why do you need it so suddenly ? ". Richard was now fully awake, shocked to hear his boss demand the footage. " Don't ask questions, Richard just send me the footage ". Freen sighed and massaged her temples, she was stressed after today's incident.
" Done, check your emails ma'am ". Freen bid goodbye to her secretary as soon as she saw the notification which said she had received an email from him. She played the footage and focussed on each detail, soon she saw her coming out of the company building.
Yeah this is it.
Too bad it doesn't have any sound.
Freen could clearly see how her expressions changed during the phone call she had that day, not being able to remember the context of it clearly, Freen sighed.
Fuck why did I have to throw my phone away.
Why do I act so impulsively ?
Freen knew that there was no way through which she could find her old phone. She knew she screwed her only way of knowing the reality of that day.
