The Heart Never Forgets

CHAPTER EIGHTEEN

Becky didn't tell Freen that she has two days off from work, she waited till the morning to tell her lover as she wanted to surprise her and be there for her when she wakes up. As usual Freen cuddled with Becky while sleeping, Freen was not aware of the fact that her girlfriend will be in her arms in the morning, she thought that she will wake up with an empty space beside her.

Becky woke up first in the morning when Bonbon tried jumping on their bed, wanting to join in and sleep in between his Mami and daday, Becky sighed and slowly picked by Bonbon and laid him down in between them, not wanting to wake Freen up she stayed in the bed without making any movements, just staring at the handsome face of the girl she admired deeply.

Freen shifted her position and turned her back towards Becky, frowning at the unexpected change in behaviour of her girlfriend, she hugged her from behind, letting Bonbon give them a space to snuggle. Bonbon went towards Freen's face and licked it, desperately wanting the attention of his daday. Freen groaned and then covered her face with the blanket, completely unaware that her girlfriend is still there with her in the bed.

Freen sighed as Bonbon was not giving up easily and would only rest when Freen would open her eyes, Freen knew that this little creature wouldn't let her sleep anymore so she just gave up and got up.

" You seriously don't want me to sleep, huh ? For your information I am grumpy in the mornings as your Mami is not here, she must have already left for work ". Sighing in sadness, Freen held Bonbon in her arms, gave him little pets on his head. " Grumpy in the mornings, huh ? ". She was shocked to see the presence of Becky beside her, she pinched her girlfriend's cheek to check if it was reality or she was just having another dream about her, Yeah Freen dreamt of Becky a few times.

" Why are you here ? Don't you have work today ? ". It was the first thing Freen said to her girlfriend, making Becky pout due to her words. " Why ? not happy to see me ? ". Freen was hurt by it, she never had an intention to make Becky think like that, so she just fell in her lover's arms and hugged her like there was no tomorrow.

" Not happy ? Bec, it is like a dream come true ". Freen giggled and placed kisses all over Becky's face, with a huge smile on her face, Becky gave Freen a kiss on her lips. " Glad that I can turn your dreams into reality ". Becky smirked and then laughed after using a cheesy line on her girlfriend which was not exactly her style but the reaction it received from her lover made it totally worth it.

" So Becky in the mornings likes to flirt ". Freen raised her eyebrow in question then winked at her girl. " Stop with this, I am hungry, give me food ". Becky whined like a baby when she heard her stomach growling and asking for food, Freen just nodded and got up from the bed.

Bonbon followed Freen into the kitchen and watched his Daday prepare breakfast, he barked asking for food and Freen knew that he must be hungry as well. " Here you go buddy ". Freen put some food in his bowl and petted his head, signalling him to eat.

Becky came from behind and hugged Freen's back, her lover was busy making breakfast for both of them. The warmth of the hug was enjoyed by both of them, placing a soft kiss of Freen's shoulder and then kissing her neck, Freen sighed in happiness.

" Hmm, Baby when do you have to go to work ? Tell me what time and then I will drive you ". Freen said focussing on cooking food, without turning around to look at her girlfriend. " You don't have to drive me to work ". Freen pouted when she heard her say that, turning around in her arms she looked at Becky. " Why ? ". Becky chuckled and shaked her head before placing a soft kiss on her lips.

" Because I have two days off from work ". Becky said as a cheerful smile plastered on her face, whereas, Freen had a hard time processing the new found information provided by her lover. " Two.. days ? Two days ?!! ". Freen had to confirm it, didn't want it to be another one of her dreams where Becky would never leave her arms and they stayed in bed for however long they wanted.
