Error's POV a week or two later
This isn't good...Why can't I find it?
I search my antivoid again for anywhere my brother could've hidden the box or I might've placed it. I haven't been able to find it and the day I plan to do it is a few days away! I don't want to be a fool popping the question without the ring! I want it to be perfect! He deserves it to be perfect! Plus Dream and Buffer did a lot to help me pick it out! I don't want it to get lost or ruined!
"BroThEr, I rEmEmBeR nOw! I GavE iT tO KiLlEr siNcE NiGhTmArE w0uLdn'T stOp sNoOpInG aRoUnd!"Paps says
I sigh with relief, his words washing away the fear that Fate took it or something when they abducted me. And it would've been tough to get back. Then on the other hand, it would've been a bit embarrassing if after all the planning, my nosy boyfriend finds it and spoils the surprise.
"ThAnKs, pApS. I wiLl gO chEcK."I say, opening a portal to the castle
I wander around, finding Killer easily in a training room. I glance around, making sure Nighty isn't around.
"HeY, KiLlEr. WhAt diD yoU dO wItH tHe bOx?"I ask
"Oh! I'll show you where! It's three days away right?"He asks
I nod as he leads me to his room.
"I hid it in this drawer. I don't have much in it so you can be sure that there were no damages to it. Wouldn't want-OKAY WHO IS THE ASSHOLE WHO TOOK IT?!"He says, then shouts after pulling the drawer open
"Huh? What's it?"Dust asks, glancing in
"Who took it? I hid it from Nightmare in this drawer! Ya know...it! Don't say it, he may be listening!"Killer says, nodding his head to me
"Oh...Shit. Horror get the metal detector!"Dust says, running off
"Got it!"Horror says
"We're going to find that box in this place! Whoever took it is dead!"Dust says
"Looking at you, Cipher."Horror growls
"I didn't do shit!"Cipher says
Killer smiles nervously at me.
"Sorry about this, Dad. But don't worry, we will find it. Your big plan isn't getting ruined."He says
"ThAnKs, KiLlEr."I say
He glances to Perl.
"Perl, I hope you didn't involve it in your grudge against me."He says
Perl shakes his head, then keeps walking. I see Horror walk by, carefully scanning the halls with a metal detector. I glance around, checking the rooms for any sign of the box. I even check the garden, then hear footsteps behind me. I turn to see Nighty entering with a confused look in his eye.
"What's going on and why does Horror have a metal detector?"He asks
"ThEy'rE tRyiNg t0 loCaTe a BoX I lOsT."I say
"You mean this one?"He asks
I turn to him and he offers the ring box to me.
No way...Just my luck!
"I found it laying on the floor in Killer's doorway. Guess he dropped it. "He says
"DiD yOu...oPeN iT?"I ask
He shakes his head no.
"I will not snoop into your things like that. The box is shut for a reason."He says
