Chapter 43: Arrested Chaos

A month later, Killer's POV

"Hey Error! I found some good snacks that you might like! Ready to teach me constella----Error? Dad?"I say, walking back over to the cliff that I left Error at.

We're in OuterTale and he took me to his private stargazing spot after I asked him to teach me about the constellations that they have here. I would find it too rude or embarrassing of me to ask my boyfriend about his own AU. Yes, I know that space is literally all around in this AU that I've been to hundreds of times, but can you really blame me when a brighter star caught my attention? One that I'm now dating? Hmm, well he would actually be a comet I think. A star is too simple and too common to be called and Outer is special. Anyway, I was going to pay Error with chocolate by his request so I left him stargazing at the spot to locate some good food.

I didn't take that much time, did I?

Then I start to notice his glasses broken on the ground as well as a few bone attacks with broken strands of strings.

Someone attacked him? Why did I leave him alone?! I should've been here to help!

Then I find a paper left behind, stuck under a bone attack with a bloody hand gripping it as the bone strikes through the center. I chuckle, seeing how clean this hand was torn off and knowing that he didn't let his attackers get away easily. I tear the paper away to see that it is an arrest warrant for Error from those dumb cops.

Of all people, THOSE cops come after him? What idiots...Charged with murder and terrorism? No shit, Sherlock! He is an AU destroyer and keeps the multiverse balanced! You're welcome! Oh look, according to the signatures they even had a lil SWAT team for this arrest. How pathetic.

I take out my phone, calling him but it goes unanswered. Then the second time, someone picks up accidentally.

"Okay, make sure those cuffs are tight on him. We don't want him to access his powers. Take advantage while he is rebooting."One voice says

"He's waking up, Sir!"A second says

"Tase him again."A third says

I hear a glitched cry of pain before going quiet again.

"Start bagging his things. He won't need them where he is going."The first voice says

"Tch, a crown? Who would ever consider this thing royalty? And look! Some poor soul married it! What a joke!"Another voice chuckles as I hear the sound of Error rebooting again.

"Umm, Sir? You do realize that you're using his phone right? Someone is listening."The second voice says

"Who the fuck is Chaos Child? Identify yourself now!"The first snaps

I chuckle, finding their clear panic hilarious. I decided to play a trick on them. I add my voice changing app and select a random one that seemed fitting for my trick.

"Hello and thank you for calling Doom Services. We're always to serve a doom and earn a few deaths as you request! Please hold while we prepare a fitting end for your needs."I say, then play a looped video of Jeapoardy music on my phone while muting the mic so they can't hear me.

"Why the hell does he even have this?!"One snaps

"Hang up!" A second says

"No! He has to have this for a reason! This could bust a ring of conspirators!"Another voice says

I chuckle, then go home using a portal device Error made and listening to it all unfold as they take Error away. I grab another device, sitting on the couch and listening to them blab numerous details and plans as they figure out what to do with the phone or where to put Error. After a while they hang up but they said enough to give me a good idea of their plan. They luckily aren't going to give him a death penalty as they see that as too merciful or easy for someone crazy like him. They're just going to imprison him "somewhere nobody can find him", or at least that's what they believe. I search the castle but find nobody but all of our pets are home. Guess everyone has their own plans. I write up a report on what happened and snatch a key off of Nightmare's desk, going upstairs to unlock another room. I push the doors open and grin.
