{season 2 episode 4}
Miguel and Sylvia were stretching as Kreese was talking about the wars he's been in and stuff. Sylvia rolled her eyes. "They were outgunned, we were outmanned. I tell you... Rwanda was no joke." He said. Sylvia looked at Miguel confused. "Don't you mean Somalia?" Miguel asked standing up. "Mogadishu is in Somalia, Rwanda's a whole different country" Miguel says. "Of course, Somalia. I've spent so much time in the sandbox, it all kind of bleeds together, you know?" He said.
"Listen up!" Sensei yelled. "See we got some new recruits. Everybody fall in. I'm neat rows and lines. Time to see what you're made of." Sensei said and started waking around. "Straighten up, ginger twins. Sorry, parents can't stay for class. It's an insurance thing." Sensei said. And then got into a small argument with the guy
"Which one of you has the balls to take on the champ?" Sensei asked. "I'll take him on" a girl from the back said. "Oh you will huh?" Sensei asked. "I saw your little demo at Valley Fest. You guys can put on a show. Can you actually fight?" She asked. Sylvia smiled at her bravery. "That's sounds like a challenge." Sensei said. "I like a challenge" she said back.
Everyone cleared space going to the edge of the mat watching them. Miguel started talking but the girl kicked him in his stomach. She started throwing punches as Miguel blocked them.
"My names Miguel." He said and held a hand out. "Tory" she said and pulled his hand and made him do a little flip. "With a y" she finished.
After practice Sylvia went to the mini mart with Aisha. "Hey Sylvia do you want to come to the beach with me, I don't wanna go alone especially since Sam is gonna be there" Aisha asked. "Yeah of course." Sylvia answers. She saw Tory walking around the corner. "Hey! Tory I'm Sylvia" she called out. "Hey nice to meet you" she said. "That's a cool bracelet" Aisha says. "Oh this? It's not just for show. Some creepy guy at the mall tried to grab me once, but I managed to block him and give him a gift he won't forget" she said demonstrating a block.
"woah, you seem like you already know how to kick ass" Sylvia said smiling. "What do you need Cobra Kai for?" Aisha asked. "I've had a couple kickboxing lessons, but I've always wanted to smash boards blindfolded" she said. "Oh, you saw that." Aisha said laughing. "The secret is poking little holes in the blindfolds" Aisha grins. "Mm. Cool." Tory nods and started walking away. "Hey. You wouldn't wanna go to the beach with us, do you?" Aisha asked. "Guess I could suffer through a day at the beach" Tory answered.
They went to the beach together after a hour of getting ready. "Ok, this is not the beach" Tory said as we walked in. "Where are the homeless dudes on rollerblades, and the guys shoving shitty hip hop demos in your face?" Tory asked. They both chuckled. "No don't worry. They'll come after they pass out the hors d'oeuvres." Aisha said.
Sylvia and Tory went to the bar as Aisha went to grab food. "Do you have any siblings?" Sylvia asks Tory. "Yeah I have a brother he's 6" Tory answers. "No way! My sister is 6. They should totally hang out sometime" Sylvia smiles. "Oh my god yes. My house tonight?" Tory asks. "Oh im so sorry. I have to work at a roller rink. You know moms not doing well" I said. "Your moms sick?" Tory asked. "Yeah she's sick, my dad left a long time ago. Gotta work for money" Sylvia shrugged.
"My mom is ill too. My dad left when I was born" Tory says. "We basically have the same lives" Sylvia laughs. "Yeah im looking for a job right now" Tory says. "There's a job at the roller rink. My partner just quit. I can totally get my boss to let you in" Sylvia said. "Really? Thank you!" She exclaims. "No problem, I can understand your situation" Sylvia smiles putting a hand on her shoulder. "Better than anyone" she says back.
The two were walking back to Aisha and saw Sam talking to her. "Hey Sam" Sylvia mutters and stood next to Aisha. "Are you guys like cool now?" She asked pointing to them both. "Yeah we're "cool" Aisha says. "Robby moved into our house" Sam says. "Your parents let that happen?" Aisha asked. "Well there's nothing going on. We're just friends." Sam said. Tory walked over. "Hey, look what I got" she grins holding up a bottle of Vodka. Sylvia cackled. "I leave you for 10 seconds and you found a bottle of vodka"
"Where did you get that?" Aisha asked. "I swept it from the bar" Tory said. Aisha and Sam exchanged a look. "Oh relax. All the adults are getting wasted no ones gonna notice if we have a little fun." Tory smirked at Sylvia and Aisha. I smiled and put my arm around her. "You should put that back. You'll get into big trouble." Sam said.
"And you are?" Tory asked. "Oh sam this is Tory. Tory, Sam." Aisha introduced. "Oh, the Sam. Come on. Like anyone's gonna miss one bottle of vodka. I could swipe half the silverware in this place before anyone could notice." Tory says looking around. "You shouldn't steal anything." Sam says. "What are you, a nun?" Tory asked. "Come on, are you gonna drink or not?" Tory asks Aisha. "Ok, one drink" Aisha gives in. "Yes that's my girl!" Sylvia laughs and pulled them both away from Sam.

"Wait I'm sorry. You gave her a front wedgie?" Tory asked. "Oh my god it was so cool I'll send you the video" Sylvia laughs. "I split that bitch in two" Aisha adds. "Hey!" They Sam say from behind them. They all turned around and saw Sam. "My moms missing her wallet." Sam said. "Sucks for her" Tory tipsily replied.
"You wouldn't know anything about that?" Sam asked "Sam what are you saying?" Sylvia asks now more serious. "Just give me the wallet, and I won't tell security." Sam says. "Are you freaking kidding me" Tory scoffs. "Sam, she didn't steal your mom's wallet" Aisha eyes Sam "Right. And she didn't steal a bottle of vodka, and you wouldn't steal half the silverware here." Sam said. "Listen I didn't rob your mom, bitch." Tory scoffs walking up to Sam. "Let's get out of here" Tory said turning back to us. Sam grabbed Tory's bag. "Get off of me" Tory yelled and pushed Sam into a food table. "Let's go" Sylvia quickly muttered to Tory. After a few seconds. Aisha followed. They got into Aisha's car. "God she's such a bitch"
—————
Aisha dropped the two off at the roller rink. "Hey boss this is Tory and she wants to work as my partner in serving?" She asks him. "Yeah sure I don't give a shit" he said. Sylvia turned to her and smiled. "I'll teach you what to do"
