Chapter 28

{season 3 episode 8}

Next day at training was over. "Hey sensei I need a ride" Sylvia asks, sweating from not only training but also being in the middle of a park in the sun. "yeah sure come with me I just need to stop by at the jail. Robby comes back today." He answered. "Oh, that's great. I'll come" Sylvia replies and got into the car. On their way there it started raining. "Wait I have an umbrella" Sylvia fished into her backpack, pulling out a portable umbrella before sensei could get out the car

Sensei pressed a button and pulled on the door that wouldn't open. "It's locked. They'll buzz it open when he's on his way out." Someone said. They both turned and saw Daniel LaRusso. "You gotta be kidding, they called you?" Sensei scoffs and walked towards him. Sylvia sighs and leaned against the railing next to the stairs. Ready for another argument.

"I called them" LaRusso replied. "With Shanon still in rehab, I just wanted to make sure someone was here to pick him up." LaRusso said. "Well I'm here aren't I?" Sensei taunts, stepping closer. They went on another argument until Robby came out.

"Seriously?" He asked. "Robby"

"Hey Robby" sensei scratches the back of his neck. "I told you I don't want you here." Robby said walking up to them. "You're my son. I wanted to be here" sensei sighs. "And so did I" LaRusso adds from beside him. "Don't do me any favors. It's your fault I was in here." Robby snaps.

"I know you're upset. I was doing what was best for you. Now that you're out, I just wanted you to know I'm here. You always have a home at Miyagi-Do." LaRusso calmly, very zen tells him. "Or with me" sensei added. "Both of you. Stay out of my life." Robby scoffs and walked towards Sylvia.

Her eyes widened and she put her phone away quickly. "Hey Sylvia I just wanted to apologize for leaving like that when you came to visit" Robby apologizes. "I-no it's ok it was just a intense workout." She smiled a bit. "I love the new hair" Sylvia jokes. "Thanks, I guess you could say jail turned me into a badass" he sarcastically shrugs as he combed a hand through.

Sylvia snickers and looked out to the parking lot. "Here have it. I have a ride you need it more" She gave him the umbrella. "Thanks I'll see you around?" He asks. "Hopefully" Sylvia replies. "Bye" he waved and walked off.

Next day at school Sylvia saw Miguel and Sam. "Hey- woah Demetri!?" Sylvia backtracked, seeing Demetri and Yasmine making out. Yasmine quickly turned and saw them. "Hey. Uhm. We where just, uh"

"doing study work." Yasmine shrugs. "So you two are?" Sam asks shaking her head. "What? Ew. Ew? No. Like I would ever date this freak." Yasmine scoffs and walked away. "Whatever, Cruella. Why don't you go kill a bunch of Dalmatians?" Demetri huffs. He turned to them "I am 101% in love!" He mumbled before walking away.

At training sensei stole a frisbee from a man and the students practiced kicking it. Miguel failed miserably. "You've gotta be shitting me!" Penisbreath yelled. "What? What happened" Miguel asks. "They canceled the All Valley." He said.

After practice Sylvia and Miguel got home and sensei and Miguel started arguing. Sylvia went over to my apartment and called Tory. They haven't they haven't seen eachother since she showed up at the park. "Hey! What's up?" Tory asked. "Hi just wanted to check up on you. What's going on?"

Sylvia went over to Miguel's because he said he'll help her find a job. "Ew no that looks nasty" she cringes looking at the picture of a restaurant. "Ok what about this?" He asked pointing to a bar. "12 to 4 am that could work" Sylvia nods. "What, A M? What about sleep?" His eyes went wide. "No it's ok, I need to get ready for the roller rink I'll see you tomorrow" Sylvia brushes it aside and went back home.

In the middle of work Miguel called Sylvia and told me how the tournament is back on. After work when she got home, Miguel was jumping all over her apartment telling her everything him and Sam said. And about how he and Sam hung out, and how Robby saw. "Ok ok Miguel calm down I feel like my floor is gonna break" Sylvia groans and threw him a chocolate bar. He caught it and started eating and talking again.
