Okay. Here it is, the long awaited chapter. I'm very sorry that I didn't update sooner, this book has practically collected dust, perhaps it was Sabo's doing lol.
Anyway, I'm working on another one piece book if y'all are interested, of course now that I'm working on this one again I plan to continue to do so. I don't plan on posting it for sure until it has 10 chapters FYI.
I really do apologize for the absence but I made like 3 chapters a day, somehow... and in return I got some pretty severe burnout.
Unfortunately it is a term I am rather familiar with, if any of you are unaware I am also actively working on a rewrite for a Naruto book I have, the usual, time travel. Which does come first in terms of chapters, but in reality it goes back and fourth.
Anyhoo... you didn't come to read this to hear me talk about why I was gone, for all I know, none of you actually care, which fair enough.

A vivid dream, there are levels of those, sometimes a person talks of how they felt the warm salty breeze in their face, others talk of the wet carpet that smelled of mold. Its the most common to feel your teeth falling out, being able to feel the softness of ones gums and the iron taste of blood flooding your mouth.
Ace, for all he knew was that this is what it was, a vivid dream. He's had it before, sleeping a long time, he can't say he knows why it happens, nor does he really care. But due to this the line is blurred when looking for reality and not.
But he doesn't know, if this is real, or if this is fake. It's confusing, he knows he enjoys the others company. But why are they here, when he was sleeping?
He wasn't much of a talker when he was in the middle of a coma.
The captain had to be the most confusing individual of all, it's the captain of this ship, the Whitebeard ship.
Someone so important who probably has better things to do, sitting in a chair beside his bedside.
Again, it's very confusing.
Ace was standing in the same corner as before, he felt lazy in all honesty, he should go get Sabo, he'd suggest something he could try.
But his feet stayed firmly in place.
It's something he longed for, what a lot of people longed for, to pass on. Not that being outside his body would allow him too, but seeing his face, expressionless and asleep was relaxing in a strange way.
It's comforting in a scary sense of thinking. Ace doesn't want to stand here forever, but his body wants to stay asleep for a long time.
If that makes sense.
Before he had more time to ponder it, Whitebeard grunted and a few moments after, the ship rocked harshly before coming to a stop. Ace listened, the bubble that they were preparing seemed to have popped from the sheer force alone. Well, he doesn't mind them being halted for some time.
Ace, distracted looked up, rather confused. Was someone attacking the ship? The crew is rather... uneasy? There could be avoidable casualties. Unnecessary deaths.
There was a few shouts, but they were of surprise, not battle cries or shouts of pain or for help, but confusion.
If Ace strained his ears he could hear the patter of feet, yet no one followed the running individual.
Then he nodded, "oh." He muttered. Slightly ashamed Sabo had to come to him. He truly did try, he's sure Sabo will understand. He's pretty understanding, patient most of all.
