In a bustling metropolis, where dreams and aspirations intermingled, five young girls embarked on a journey that would shape their lives forever. Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Sana, Jihyo, and Jiwon were among the talented trainees at JYP Entertainment, part of a group called 6MIX. Their hopes were high, their spirits unyielding, as they aspired to debut and showcase their talents to the world. Among them, Jiwon, though filled with talent and passion, found herself in a peculiar position. As one of the oldest members of 6MIX and already used to being doted upon by Nayeon and Jihyo, she struggled with the thought of becoming the maknae if they debuted. Jiwon had already experienced the role of being the youngest, and it didn't suit her. To her delight, the agency decided to add a new trainee, Y/N, to the group. It was an unusual decision, given that their name implied six members, but the girls were ready to embrace the change.

Y/N was a bright and spirited young girl who had recently joined JYP Entertainment as a trainee. Her talent was undeniable, and her personality was infectious, quickly making her friends with the other members of 6MIX. From the start, she had a natural chemistry with the group and brought a unique charm to their dynamic. As they practised and prepared for their potential debut, the younger girl effortlessly settled into the role of the maknae, and Jiwon was more than relieved to relinquish the position. With Y/N around, Jiwon no longer felt like the centre of attention and found her place as a reliable older sister figure to the young trainee.

Time passed, and their bond grew stronger, despite the uncertainty of their debut. They supported each other during times of doubt and celebrated every small victory. Their friendship extended beyond the practice rooms and stages, as they became inseparable in their daily lives. Yet, fate had different plans for 6MIX. The group never received an official debut, and their journey took an unexpected turn when they were presented with the opportunity to join a survival program called Sixteen. JYP Entertainment saw this as a chance for the trainees to prove themselves and become part of a new girl group.

Though Jiwon had bonded with her favourite dongsaeng, she decided to pursue a different path. She left the company and joined another, hoping to find her own way to stardom. Despite her departure, Jiwon remained close with the members of 6MIX, knowing that true friendship knew no boundaries.

The remaining five members of 6MIX embarked on Sixteen, each determined to secure a spot in the upcoming girl group. They showcased their skills, poured their hearts out, and faced various challenges throughout the competition. The days were long and tiresome, but their unwavering support for each other fueled their determination to succeed.

As the show progressed, the youngest's presence shone brightly. Her radiant smile and charismatic performances captured the hearts of the audience and judges alike. She made friends easily, always displaying genuine care and concern for others. Despite her talent, 6MIX's angel remained humble and grounded, never letting fame get to her head. Throughout the competition, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Sana, and Jihyo stood by their girl's side, cheering her on with pride. They knew that she embodied the spirit of 6MIX and was a vital piece in the puzzle that would soon become their debut girl group.

The final episode of Sixteen arrived, and the anticipation was palpable. Y/N found herself among the nine trainees who had successfully secured a place in the new girl group, TWICE. With tears of joy streaming down their faces, the five original members of 6MIX embraced the girl they saw as their little sister, celebrating her success as if it were their own.

TWICE debuted with a bang, and their popularity skyrocketed. The bond between the members was unbreakable, stemming from their days as 6MIX. Y/N's addition to the group had transformed them, creating a harmonious balance that complemented each other's strengths. As TWICE took the world by storm, Jiwon cheered from the sidelines, proud of her friends' accomplishments. She might have taken a different path, but she always cherished the memories and experiences they shared as 6MIX. Despite not being part of TWICE, she remained a part of their lives, an irreplaceable friend who would forever be in their hearts.

TWICE's journey was filled with highs and lows, but their unyielding friendship carried them through every challenge. They continued to support and lift each other, standing united through thick and thin. Y/N, the youngest member of TWICE, grew and blossomed alongside her unnies. She never forgot the bond she had formed with the members of 6MIX, treasuring the friendship that was forged before they even became TWICE.

And so, in the book of K-pop history, the tale of 6MIX would remain a daily reminder of the power of friendship and how an unexpected addition could bring about a harmonious destiny. Theirs was a story of dreams, love, and music. A story that would be forever etched in the hearts of those who followed their journey, proving that some bonds are meant to last a lifetime. And with that, Y/N could only have one thought:

I am so proud of my dear unnies.
