Ivaine shuddered, feeling a coldness creep up her spine—a sensation that resonated with Aurora's heart break, though hundreds of miles away. From afar, Ivaine's powers sensed the siren's scream of agony, a shattering of spirit and mind. Queen Serena, attuned to such events, swiftly dispatched other sirens to bring Aurora to safety.

Within the sanctuary of the Seraphine domain, the Queen keenly sensed Aurora's intensified pain and the torment she had endured. The healers, skilled though they were, found themselves overwhelmed by the weight of Aurora's emotional agony. Clinging to Alexander's lifeless body, Aurora remained unwilling to accept his departure, her grip unyielding.

Respecting Aurora's need for solitude and grieving, Queen Seraphine had Alexander's body brought to a chamber within the castle. From there, Aurora spent hours in silent mourning, accompanied only by the grandeur of the chamber and the view of the realm beyond. With tenderness, she cradled Alexander's form, gently tucking his disheveled hair behind his ears.

"What would I give to see you... smiling at me," she whispered, her voice filled with longing and sorrow, the haunting melodies of her song echoing through the chamber.

Yvaine tried to shake of the eerie feeling she suddenly got. She finished packing for a 3 day trip she would be taking with Poppy. Poppy wanted to study a rare subspecies of moon calf she had read about, ever the Magizooligist she is. They embarked on their eagerly anticipated trip, brimming with excitement to encounter moon calves and delve into the wonders of magical creatures

As they trudged through the dense forest, Yvaine couldn't help but stumble over a protruding root, causing her to land face-first in a patch of thorny bushes causing Poppy to burst into laughter at the sight of her bushy-haired, prickled face.

"Oh, Yvaine, you really know how to make an entrance!" Poppy chuckled, extending a hand to help her up. "I think the moon calves will be thoroughly entertained by your acrobatics."

Yvaine, trying to maintain her dignity despite the scratches on her face, playfully swatted at Poppy's arm. "Well, at least I'm providing them with some pre-show entertainment. You owe me a butterbeer for this, Poppy."

Their journey continued, filled with moments of awe and laughter. They encountered mischievous nifflers that couldn't resist shiny objects, and Yvaine found herself in a comical tug-of-war with one over a particularly glistening silver coin.

They didn't return back to Hogwarts until it was midnight a few days later. Poppy headed off to her room while Yvaine decided to take a quick swim, only after making absolute sure no one was around to see her change. Poppy and now Sebastian were the only one's that knew about Yvaine's secret.

Sebastian sat in his room with Ominis, the air heavy with unresolved tension. They had always been best friends, but recent events had strained their relationship. Sebastian couldn't help but feel a pang of frustration.

"Ominis, how long will you continue to treat me as if I'm dead?" Sebastian's voice carried a mix of frustration and hurt, his words laced with the angst that had been building up inside him.

Ominis shifted uncomfortably in his lounge chair, his gaze fixed on a braille book, a feeble attempt to distract himself from the weight of their strained friendship. He knew he had been distant and unresponsive, unable to face the other Slytherin.

Sebastian's frustration grew, and he couldn't hold back any longer. "Ominis!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with a desperate plea for acknowledgement and understanding.
