Day 125

Since I've been bored out of my mind, I have decided to continue reading the 'Princess Selena' book.

While I read, I'll try to think of an escape plan.

Maybe the book will give me some ideas?

Princess Selena reached the woods; her heart was pounding, and her legs ached, but she knew she had to keep going. She had to run. She was about to continue, her long and treacherous journey when she noticed a figure moving in the bushes, a shadow with red eyes.

The wolves.

The young princess was about to escape but unfortunately, the wolf didn't allow her to. He pounced on her and howled to his pack; they all came running. It didn't take long for the young princess to become a rotting corpse of flesh and bones in the thick forest.

The end.

I stare blankly at the end of the page before chucking the book all the way to the other side of the room angrily.

It's what I deserve for trusting a book that was written by a Black Crow.

I sigh and flop down unto the bed, ready to be consumed by the void of darkness and rest.

Also known as sleep.

Maybe if I fall asleep, I'll have a dream.

As I close my eyes, I hear a knock at the door.

It's King Terros, isn't it?

"GO AWAY!" I yell, I don't care what they think of me, I'm not in the mood right now.

The door opens and to my surprise, I see Liv, Ajax and Levi standing there. I shoot up from my bed and run to hug Liv.

"I've missed you!" I say, tears brimming in my eyes, she tenses a little before returning the display of affection. "Me too." She smiles, her voice is shaky, like she's trying not to cry.

I look at Levi and he smiles. My heart skips a beat.

I really missed his smile, seeing it again is so refreshing.

"Hi Eris." He greets, I release Liv from her hug and go to hug him instead.

"Hi Levi."

"Ahem..." Ajax begins clearing his throat, Levi and I let each other go, "I don't want to interrupt this little...reunion but we kind of have an army of guards chasing us right now."

"What!?" I exclaim.

"Long story." Liv shrugs, flashing an awkward smile. "I'll explain later but now we need to run."

I nod and the four of us run up some stairs, soon finding ourselves in the middle of town. It's a busy day, as all the Black Crows seem to be focused on what they're doing, not giving us any attention even though it looks like we just came out of the sewers.

"GET THEM!! DON'T LET THEM ESCAPE!!!" I hear a loud voice yell; I look back and notice an army of about 12-14 guards chasing us with weapons of different varieties, ranging from guns to spears and even arrows.

The sight makes me gulp.

"Err..Eris, don't you think it's a good time to use those demon powers of yours?" Ajax asks me as we run from the guards chasing us.

Yes! I can use my abilities now.

I lift the guards into the air as my eyes turn black. I tear them up from the inside and they turn to ashes. Screaming is heard all around us and everyone is panicking, trying their best to get away from us.
